The victim and suspect were involved in a dispute over money owed. Today as the victim was sitting inside a vehicle the suspect approached, opened the door and punched the victim in the face. The suspect then grabbed the victims wallet and fled in his vehicle. The suspect has been identified and is still outstanding.

0327 South: (Failed Burglary Attempt) DOP, Trespass Poss. Burg Tools & Contributing Arrest- 3100 Blk Yori Ave
A Reno Police Officer was in the area of a business in the 3100 blk of Yori Ave when he was dispatched there on an activated alarm. Upon arrival he observed a subject run from the business into an awaiting vehicle that then attempted to drive away. Subsequent investigation revealed that the suspects attempted to break into the business and were ultimately arrested for the listed charges.

0037 North: ADW - BB Gun@4500 blk Stonegate Lane
The victim, who was on scene of a large underage party, reported that he was involved in an argument with 6-7 party goers. The argument turned physical when the victim was battered by several of subjects, one of whom pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at the victim's head. After the altercation all of the subjects, including the suspect with the handgun left the scene prior to police arrival. Several vehicles were stopped and subjects were detained. The suspect is described as: Light Skinned BFA, medium build, 5'5"

Officers responded to the above location in reference to an armed robbery that had just occurred. Upon arrival, the victim advised the defendant was armed with a handgun, had stolen merchandise and was last seen running SB on Yori. While officers were talking to the victim in front of the store, the defendant drove by the location NB on Yori Ave. The defendant was stopped by Officers and taken into custody

An RPD Officer was looking for a stolen cell phone that was showing at this location. A person holding a cell phone was acting erratically and walked away from the Officer. The Officer ordered the suspect to stop; instead the suspect fled on foot but was soon caught by the Officer. The suspect resisted arrest while they were struggling on the ground. Eventually, the Officer was able to handcuff the suspect. A broken glass meth pipe was located next to this hand. The Officer was not injured.

2235 South: Battery to Police Officer - @2707 S. Virginia St. (Peppermill)
Peppermill Security detained an intoxicated couple for trespassing. Upon our arrival, the female kicked one of our officers and after seeing this the male half head-butted the officer. The officer received minor injuries. Both suspects were booked at the jail for trespassing, O&R and Battery on a Police Officer without further incident.

Officers were in the area when they observed the suspect acting suspiciously. When they made contact with the suspect he resisted and they then discovered he was in possession of a controlled substance. Robert Ash, DOB 6/4/1979, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers observed an occupied vehicle with stolen plates. The driver fled from them but a short time later was located hiding in the area after he had abandoned the vehicle. Officers also discovered the vehicle had been stolen. Christian Esterline, DOB 11/4/1971, was arrested on the above charge.
The victim was being treated at a local hospital when she became combative and battered an employee. Rebecca Baldwin, DOB 6/7/1990, was arrested on the above charge.

Employees attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise when the suspect began throwing the merchandise at them in order to get away. The victim was approached by the suspects who asked if he had a cigarette. When the victim said no he didn't the suspects began punching him knocking him to the ground and then stole his cash and fled. There are no suspect descriptions at this time.
