Officers responded to a report that a suspect was lighting paper products on fire while standing near gas pumps. The suspect had previously been trespassed off of the property. Today the suspect returned and as the victim attempted to make contact with the suspect she placed her vehicle in reverse and accelerated towards the victim. The suspect then fled in the vehicle but was located a short time later. Rayleen Fowler, DOB 2/10/1957, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim and suspect have been involved in an ongoing dispute. Today the suspect located the victim and battered him and then stole his property before fleeing. A short time later the suspect was taken into custody. Anthony Benetiz-Rivera, DOB 11/10/2005, was arrested on the above charge.

The suspect was in the parking lot at the above location driving around in circles and yelling out of the window. When the victim went outside to see what was happening the suspect produced a gun and threatened the victim before fleeing. There is no suspect description at this time. Officers responded on the report of a fight. While responding Dispatch advised one involved subject was firing a gun in the air. Officers arriving on scene located that suspect driving and detained him. Jerome Matt, DOB 8/24/1985 was arrested on the above charges.

Police were called regarding a white SUV parked occupied by 2 adult males and an adult female, two of which appeared to be overdosing. RFD arrived on scene and provided additional information to have police respond as 3-month-old child was in the car as well. Jesse Perks, DOB 8/3/1989 and Kristopher Schaffer, DOB 5/30/1984 were arrested on the above charges.
