The victims were approached by the suspects and became involved in a verbal altercation which turned physical. One of the suspects produced a pocketknife and stabbed one of the victims in his side. The victims injury was non-life threatening. During the investigation Officers learned the suspects had previously been involved in another BDW. Robert Cassel, DOB 3/3/2000, was arrested on the above charge. Jordan Santiago, DOB 5/9/2003, was arrested for the previous BDW.

The victim was approached by the suspect who informed her that she could not stand in that location. The victim objected but grabbed her bicycle and began to leave anyway. The suspect then blocked her from leaving and forcefully took her bicycle. Darnell Davis, DOB 12/5/1988, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers were dispatched to the above location for the report of a Domestic Disturbance where the male was armed with a gun and had taken their small child into the house. Officers arrived, made contact with all involved parties, secured the firearm and verified that the child was okay. Aaron Angenete, DOB 1/22/1974 was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded on the report of an unwanted subject causing a disturbance. On scene Officers went with her to retrieve property prior to her leaving. As Officers followed her into the hotel room she slammed the door into them, when Officers pushed into the room she struck an Officer in the face and was taken to the ground and handcuffed. Gabriella Mascarenas, DOB 3/27/1992 was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded on the report of one subject holding a gun chasing another subject. On Officers arrival they located one subject who stated he had struck another male with a water bottle. This male had a water bottle with a large dent on the side.
Tyler Shipley, DOB 10/8/1993 was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to the reporting party (RP) stating she witnessed a 14-month-old child, walking toward Plumas Street unsupervised. It was later learned that a vehicle actually had to swerve to not hit the child. According to the RP, the child’s father retrieved the child from the street, at which point she observed what appeared to be drug paraphernalia in the bag he was carrying. Upon arrival, officers discovered a female present at the scene who was identified as the adverse party in an active court-ordered stay-away order. She is the mother of the associated child. She was determined to be in violation of that order and was placed under arrest. While assessing the father's capacity to care for the child, considering the initial incident, and apparent signs and suspicion of being under the influence of narcotics and alcohol, officers attempted to continue their investigation, during this time, the father tried to shut the door on officers. Due to the totality of the circumstances the father of the child was arrested. Garrett Hudson, DOB 6/09/92 and Teralyn Vejmola, DOB 10/28/98 were arrested on the above charges.

Officers are dispatched on the report of a domestic battery and ADW with a firearm in progress. Upon arrival, Officers contact the involved male and female at the residence and learned that an argument took place over the male half not taking their small children to daycare in a timely manner. The male reported to Officers that he and the female got into a verbal argument and at some point, the female armed herself with a firearm and made generic verbal threats towards the male. The male was able to disarm the female and while leaving the residence, the male secured the firearm in the trunk of his car. Officers determined that neither party was completely forthcoming and Officers observed minor injuries to the female half consistent with a physical altercation.
Joshua Waller, DOB 7/6/1993 was arrested on the above charges.

Officers were dispatched on a report of a suspicious subject that almost entered the Reporting Party's garage and fled when he saw the Reporting Party. The responding officer located the subject and identified him. A warrant for Obstructing and Resisting was located for the subject. Roland Rodrigo, DOB 12/27/1988 was arrested on the above charges.

The suspect was observed checking the door handle of multiple vehicles and then made entry into a residence and stole property. When one of the witnesses attempted to confront the suspect he entered that residents vehicle and drove towards a victim who had to jump out of the way as the suspect sped off. The suspect was located a short time later. Cory Quenzler, DOB 2/6/1993, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers heard a loud crash and saw the driver exit the vehicle which had collided with a city stop light knocking it down and disabling the vehicle. Officers called out to the driver to check his welfare when he immediately began to flee from the scene of the collision. He was quickly apprehended and found to be DUI. Brandon Conley, DOB 10/15/1987 was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded for a reported sexual assault of a six year old. Officers arrived and spoke to the RP who identified herself as the juveniles mother. She explained the daughter had divulged that she had been sexually assaulted by a family member identified as her Uncle who is thirteen years old. A 13 year old male juvenile was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to multiple reports of a large group where shots had been fired. Upon arrival it appeared that all those involved had just fled the area on foot and in vehicles. During the course of the investigation officers learned there was an argument and shots heard at the time of that altercation. Citizen doorbell cameras were checked which also did not show shots being fired; however, it did show an unwilling female being picked up over the shoulder and taken away against her will by a male. Officers responded there and located a vehicle associated and were met at the door by a Spanish speaking only person. Due to the circumstances contact was again made at the front door with other occupants who attempted to prevent officer entry. While explaining to them the necessity, again with a Spanish barrier, Chavez began trying to get past officers and attack them. She was subsequently taken to the ground and handcuffed as other officers arrived on scene and arrested for O&R. Rosa Chavez-Rizo, DOB 8/6/1983 was arrested on the above charges.

An employee attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise when the suspect produced a can of "Pepper Spray" and sprayed the clerk before fleeing with the merchandise. Officers located the suspect a short time later and Sosa Benito, DOB 6/27/1986, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim was at the above location when he was approached by the suspect who produced a knife and threatened him. Timothy Bieler, DOB 7/23/1979, was arrested on the above charges.

An employee had asked the suspect to leave the property when the suspect grabbed a metal pole and threatened the victim. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid thirties, 5'9" tall, medium build, LSW a brown shirt, brown pants, grey shoes.

6/9/2025
Officers responded on the report of a subject with a gun. Officers were on scene within 2 minutes of being dispatched and located a grey Toyota Celica that matched the given suspect information. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle upon contact with the occupants the driver of the vehicle was removed, and the passenger became uncooperative. Officers issued the passenger verbal commands and he began trying to reach into a backpack at his feet. The passenger was placed at gunpoint, removed without further incident and placed under arrest. During an inventory search a loaded AK style pistol was located in the backpack the juvenile passenger made furtive motions towards on officer contact. Additionally, two 9mm Glock magazines were located on the juvenile's seat and an FCC in the vehicle. Conar Barmettler, DOB 12/10/2003 and a male juvenile were arrested on the above charges.

The victim was approached by the suspect who suddenly splashed her own glass of soda into her face and pulled her hair. The suspect then stole the victims property and fled. The suspect is described as: B/F/A, or H/F/A, 5'5" tall, LSW a black hooded sweatshirt, grey sweatpants.

The victim was inside her residence when the suspect forced the door open and demanded money. A struggle ensued and the suspect was able to steal the victims property before fleeing to a waiting vehicle. The suspect has been tentatively identified but is still outstanding.

Officers responded to a report of an unresponsive subject and located the victim who was down on the ground. The victim was transported to a local hospital and had suffered a non-life threatening injury. A witness reported that the suspect had kicked the victim and forced her out of her wheelchair. Officers located the suspect a short time later and Christopher Barlese, DOB 7/8/1989, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim and suspect were both at the above location with their dogs. When the suspect was suddenly bitten by his own dog he produced a knife and began to threaten the victim before fleeing to his vehicle. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid fifties, 5'11" tall, medium build, LSW a REMSA t- shirt, black shorts. Suspect vehicle is only described as: Grey BMW.

The victim was approached by the suspects who were in possession of a whip and a knife. They threatened him while demanding his property. There are no suspect descriptions at this time.

Officers responded to a report of suspects who had returned to this location and were armed with a shovel and possibly a pistol but the suspects were gone upon their arrival. During the investigation Officers learned there is on ongoing dispute between the victim and suspects. There were no reported injuries and there are no suspect descriptions at this time.

The victim confronted the suspect who was digging through trash in the alley. The suspect became agitated, produced a utility knife and threatened the victim before fleeing with the property. The suspect was located a short time later. Jesse Anderson, DOB 5/11/1988, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers were dispatched on a report of a found 2-3 year old child. The child had been knocking on doors. CPS arrived on scene and took custody of the child. Officers contacted Father, where he admitted to drinking all night and falling asleep. He woke up to an open door. Christopher Lawson, DOB 1/14/2000 was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to meet with a reporting party who had located a 4 year old child that was attempting cross the street alone. A passerby informed officers that he was familiar with the child and led them to where the child's father was found. The front door was ajar and the father was asleep inside. The apartment was filled with rotting food, piles of old diapers next to the child's bed, and hazardous items such as a sewing machine, scissors, and a plugged in clothes iron that were all on the floor or easily within the child's reach. Everardo Alcocer, DOB 12/29/2000 and Alexis Marshall, DOB 6/8/2001 were arrested on the above charges.
