0008NORTH: Robbery@8000 block North Virginia Street

The victim was seated in his parked vehicle when another vehicle pulled up and two suspects jumped out. The suspects called out the victims name and then battered him and stole his property before fleeing in their vehicle. There are no suspect descriptions at this time.

1530SOUTH: Arrest - Armed Robbery, Machete / O&R / Poss. Drug Paraphernalia@5000 block Meadowood Mall Circle

The victims approached the suspect who was leaving the business without paying for merchandise when the suspect displayed a Machete and threatened them before fleeing. Total loss is unknown. Officers located the suspect a short time later and Pedro Lara-Vasquez, DOB 2/22/1996, was arrested on the above charges.

1741CENTRAL: Arrest - Battery on an Officer @700 block East 2nd Street

Officers responded to a report of a victim and suspect who were involved in a physical confrontation. During the investigation the suspect kicked an Officer. David Ross, DOB 5/25/1970, was arrested on the above charge.

1840CENTRAL: Arrest - Battery on an Officer / O&R@100 block South Virginia Street

Officers responded to a report of an unwanted subject who refused to leave the property and was now attacking the victim. During the investigation the suspect kicked an Officer. Shanna Roseman, DOB 2/4/1990, was arrested on the above charges.

1125CENTRAL: Arrest - Battery, Littering, O&R @500 block East 4th Street

The suspect was causing a disturbance and was asked to leave. The suspect then threw a metal object striking a car and body checked a subject who happened to be walking down the street as he fled. Officers located the suspect a short time later but he refused their commands. Emilio Maciel, DOB 2/23/1984, was arrested on the above charges.

1731SOUTH: Arrest - Attempted Robbery / Battery / Destruction of Property / O&R@3000 block South McCarran Blvd.

The suspect had previously been involved in a physical altercation with a victim at this location. When the suspect returned he entered the business and attempted to leave without paying for merchandise. When the 2nd victim attempted to stop him the suspect dropped the merchandise and battered the victim before leaving. The suspect then returned again a few minutes later and began striking the windows of the business with a hatchet. Richard Trujllo, DOB 10/1/1977, was arrested on the above charges.

0229CENTRAL: Arrest - DUI Damage to City Property @North Virginia Street/ West 1st Street

Officers were flagged down by a citizen who reported that a vehicle had crashed into a pole. Officers responded to the scene and observed that a vehicle had collided with a streetlight pole at the west side of the intersection. Ian Boyd, DOB 9/17/1996 was arrested on the above charges.

2115CENTRAL: Robbery@1400 block East 4th Street

The victim reported that he had been hit in the head with a rock by an unknown suspect who then stole his property. The suspect is only described as a Light skinned Hispanic or White Male.

2207NORTH: Shots Fired@1000 block Solitude Trail

Officers responded to multiple reports of shots being heard, but did not discover any casings or damage to property. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

0109SOUTH: Attempted Robbery , Firearm @3000 block South Virginia Street

The suspect who had previously been trespassed from the business returned a few hours later. He approached an employee, produced a gun and demanded money. The employee did not comply and as the suspect fled he sprayed Pepper Sprayed through out the building. There was no reported loss and the suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid fifties to mid sixties, LSW gray button up shirt, blue jeans, black/yellow hat.

0642CENTRAL: Arrest - GTA / Vehicle Burglary@1000 block Mill Street

Officers observed an occupied vehicle that was stopped in the middle of the road and made contact with the driver. During their investigation they learned the driver had just stolen the vehicle from a nearby dealership. John Steven, DOB 5/24/1991, was arrested on the above charges.
