1721CENTRAL: Armed Robbery@299 E Plumb LN #135 (Junkie)

The victim attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise when the suspect produced a gun and fled to a waiting vehicle. Total loss is unknown. The suspect is described as: H/F/A, mid thirties, medium build, bright red hair, LSW purple/blue long sleeve shirt, dark pants, dark boots. The suspect vehicle is described as: Silver, 4 door, smaller SUV.

2240SOUTH: Arrest - Battery@4000 block South Virginia Street

The victim was approached by an employee who instructed him to leave the property. The victim began to collect his belongings and as he reached inside of a bag the suspect punched him in the face. Roger Ratliff, DOB 10/3/1979, was arrested on the above charge.

1800NORTH: Arrest - BDW, Knife / Domestic Strangulation / Child Abuse @4000 block Market Street

William Jones, DOB 8/17/1988, was arrested on the above charges.

1919SOUTH: Arrest - Battery on Peace Officer / O&R @3000 block South Virginia Street

Officers responded to a report of an incident and upon making contact with the suspect, the suspect became irate, punched an Officer and then spit on another. The suspect, a juvenile, was arrested on the above charges.

2119NORTH: Commercial Burglary@1000 block Stardust Street

Officers responded to a report of a commercial burglary and upon their arrival learned the suspect had fled on a bicycle. Total loss is unknown and the suspect is described as: B/M/A, late twenties, medium build, black hair, LSW a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.

2132NORTH: Arrest - Welfare Check/Domestic Battery-Strangulation w/K9 Assist@2000 Block Tara Ridge Trail

Officers responded to check the welfare of the victim after she sent a text to her daughter indicating she was not safe with the suspect inside their residence. Officers responded and met with the victim, who stated the suspect had been last seen inside the residence. Officers made announcements at the front door, but the suspect did not exit the residence. Officers/K9 searched the residence and located the suspect laying on the bed in the victim's bedroom. Brett Stearns, DOB 10/29/1992 was arrested on the above charges.

1612CENTRAL: Arrest - Use of Force/Obstructing and Resisting/PCS/Possession of Paraphernalia@500 Block West 2nd Street

Officers responded to the report of a subject burglarizing vehicles. As officers arrived in the area they detained a subject that was walking down the alley from the original address. Morgus Cross, DOB 3/27/1996 was arrested on the above charges.

1800SOUTH: Arrest - Drug Seizure@2000 Block South Virginia Street

Officers responded to collect a large amount of narcotics, at which time the owners presented themselves and were subsequently arrested. Stacy Deming, DOB 8/28/1983 and Enrique Murillo, DOB 5/22/1989 were arrested on the above charges.

2012CENTRAL: Arrest - Assault on Protected Person@1000 Block West 4th Street

Officers were dispatched for a person trying to break into the drive-through windows with his hands/arms. When the officer arrived, they discovered the suspect nearby and learned he had threatened an elderly woman, who pepper-sprayed him in the face and left the scene. Eddy Holliday, DOB 7/2/1997 was arrested on the above charge.

1019NORTH: Arrest - Robbery / O&R @5000 block Mae Anne Ave.

The victim attempted to stop the suspect from taking merchandise before paying for it. But the suspect grabbed the merchandise back from the employee and fled. Officers located the suspect a short time and as they approached him the suspect attempted to flee. Joseph Sammy, DOB 1/1/1984, was arrested on the above charges.

The suspect was causing a disturbance and was asked to leave the premises. The suspect then produced a knife and began waving it. William McGee, DOB 2/14/1968, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle and conducted a stop. Dennis Cote, DOB 11/30/1968, was arrested on the above charge.

0550NORTH: Battery with Deadly Weapon on Elderly@8000 block Military Road

The victim reported that he was walking in the area when he was approached by the suspect who advised him to get out of his way and then struck him in the head with an unknown object. The victim is currently receiving treatment at a local hospitals. There are no suspects at this time.

1808SOUTH: Assault With Deadly Weapon, Vehicle@South Virginia & Gentry Streets

The victim was in her car and stopped at a light when the vehicle in front of her reversed and violently struck the front end of her vehicle pushing her vehicle backwards. The suspect vehicle then drove forward and fled. The suspect has been tentatively identified but is still outstanding.

Officers responded to reports of a subject who was running back and forth across a street and brandishing a possible weapon. Officers located the suspect and when they attempted to make contact the suspect tried to pull away and then bit an Officer. Maxwell Hurt-Lewis, DOB 6/19/1998, was arrested on the above charges.

1131CENTRAL: Arrest - Assault with a Deadly Weapon@2000 Block Dickerson Road

A male was getting into the victim's truck when he was confronted by the yard owner. The suspect then attacked the victim with a railroad spike. Zachariah Greenburg, DOB 5/10/1979 was arrested on the above charge.

1445NORTH: Arrest - Possession of a Short Barrel Shotgun@9000 Block Brightridge Drive

Officers responding to a domestic disturbance observed a male putting a rifle bag in the passenger side of a vehicle as they arrived at the call. After detaining the male, the officers obtained consent from the female, whose car the long gun bag was placed in, to search the vehicle. The officers located a pump-action shotgun in the bag with a 15-3/8" barrel that appeared to have been hacksawed off. Brandon Darcy, DOB 5/4/1997 was arrested on the above charge.

1500SOUTH: Arrest - Robbery Suspect@Kietzke Lane / 2nd Street

An Officer was in the area of Kietzke and 2nd as a suspect fled out of the back service door in possession of goods while being chased by staff flagging down the Officer. The suspect fled from the Officer on foot refusing commands before being taken to the ground. Martin Rosas, DOB 12/15/1994 was arrested on the above charge.

1943NORTH: Arrest - Strong Arm Robbery/PCS/O&R - w/UOF@2000 Block Northtowne Lane

Officers responded to a call after loss prevention reported being involved in a physical altercation with a female suspect who was attempting to steal merchandise. Upon arrival, officers developed probable cause for the crimes of robbery and possession of controlled substances. Brandi Crane, AKA Brandi Ohl, DOB 10/19/93 was arrested on the above charges.

2003SOUTH: Arrest - Multiple ADW & Vehicle Burglary@700 Block Smithridge Drive

Officer initially responded regarding a suspect who had been confronted occupying a vehicle he was burglarizing by the owner of the vehicle. While officers responded to that call another call, 25-2198, was reported where a similar suspect was threatening children and the suspect then threatened to stab staff with a knife when confronted and told to leave. Charles Harger, DOB 9/4/1995 was arrested on the above charges.
