1130North: Arrest - Battery on Police Officer / O&R / Harassment @1000 block Carlin Street

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and observed the suspect outside the victims residence in possession of knife. As they were taking the suspect into custody he began to resist and punched an Officer in the face. Anthony Shepard, DOB 12/14/1981, was arrested on the above charges.

1834North : Arrest - Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, Box Cutter / ADW / PCS / Poss. Drug Paraphernalia @2000 block Northtown Lane

The victims attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise when the suspect produced a box cutter and threatened them before fleeing. The suspect was located a short time later and Lewis Favata, DOB 7/15/1974, was arrested on the above charges.

0730Central: Arrest - Battery@South Sierra Street & Island Ave.

The suspect was upset with the victim for being asked to move out of the area so the suspect threw an unknown liquid at the victim. Melody Allen, 5/2/1967, was arrested on the above charge.

1100Central: ADW, Firearm@East 6th Street & Morrill Ave.

The victim reported that she was walking in the area when the suspect vehicle approached and the driver fired several rounds in her direction. There were no reported injuries, the suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

1208South: ADW, Firearm@500 block Gentry Way

The subject exited his vehicle and approached the employees, demanding to pick up auto parts but the victims explained they had no idea what he was talking about. After a brief verbal altercation the subject returned to the vehicle and as he was driving away the passenger produced a gun and threatened the victims. The suspect is described as: H/M/A, mid twenties, light facial hair, LSW all black. The suspect vehicle is described as: Blue GMC Yukon Denali with chrome wheels.

1645North: Arrest - ADW Shooting, Pursuit, PSMV, Eluding, ADW (Firearm), Discharge Firearm from Vehicle, PCS, EPO Violation, Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person@395/Golden Valley

Officers responded to a call about a stolen vehicle. Officers detained the driver and passenger and later arrested the driver. Juan Loyola-Liera, DOB 1/13/1994, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of a gun shot being heard and located a casing. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

The victim returned home to find a bullet strike on a wall inside his residence. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

The victim had attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise. When the suspect pushed the victim out of the way this lead to a physical altercation. The suspect then threated the victim with a rock. Richard Ruiz, DOB 7/13/1983, was arrested on the above charges.

0122South: Arrest - Trespass / Battery on Protected@2000 block South Virginia Street

Officers responded to a report of an unwanted subject on property who was in possession of a gun. Officers took the suspect into custody and while being processed the suspect kicked an Officer.  Donovan McCann, DOB 3/12/1973, was arrested on the above charges.

1814South: Arrest - GTA / DUI@1000 block Forrest Street

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle accident where one subject had been shot. They located the victim with a non life-threatening gun shot wound. During their investigation Officers learned the victim and suspect had been involved in a road rage incident leading to the victim being shot. However, they also learned that the victim had just stolen the vehicle that he was driving. Gauge Kay, DOB 1/14/2001, was arrested on the above charges. The suspect is described as: H/M/A, 5'5" tall, thin build, LSW red sweatshirt, black beanie. The suspect vehicle is described as: 2010-2015 Red Chevy Pickup.

Officers responded to a report of shots being fired and located several casings. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

The suspect distracted the employee then went behind the counter and attempted to pry open the register. When the employee saw and began to push the suspect out of the business the suspect attempted to punch her. Total loss if any is unknown. The suspect is described as: H/M/A, late twenties to early thirties, 5'7" tall, medium build, black hair, LSW green shirt, blue pants, dickey boots.

Officers responded to a report of someone trying to enter parked vehicles and located a subject who matched the description of the suspect in the area. Hezkiah Thompson, DOB 10/10/1987, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of a shooting. There were several bullet strikes to the exterior of the residence as well as the interior. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

1359South: BDW, Baseball Bat / DOP@100 block Pines Court

The victim was sitting inside a parked vehicle when the suspect approached and demanded she exit. When the victim refused the suspect struck her vehicle several times with a baseball bat breaking multiple windows. The suspect then hit the victim in the face with the baseball bat before fleeing. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding.

1822North: ADW, Firearm / Battery / CCW@800 block Sage Street

The victim had attempted to intervene when the suspect produced a gun and attempted to shoot his dog. Because of this the suspect turned and threatened the victim which resulted in a physical struggle over the gun. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding.

Officers responded to a report that a a bullet had just struck a wall inside the victims residence. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to reports that the suspect was attempting to pry open the door to various residences. Upon their arrival the suspect attempted to flee and then was physically uncooperative and resisted as they were taking him into custody. Derrick Maserang, DOB 2/2/1993, was arrested on the above charges.

0111Central : BDW, Knife @100 Block North Virginia Street

The victim had asked the suspect to leave the business for causing a disturbance. The suspect got angry and stabbed the victim on the shoulder before fleeing. The victims injury is non-life threatening. The suspects is described as: B/M/A, mid thirties to mid forties, full beard, LSW a black jacket, blue jeans, black "Nike" shoes with white on the sides.

The victim and suspect who knew each other were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical. During the altercation the suspect ran over the victims leg with her vehicle. The victims injury is non-life threatening and Tara Abel, DOB 10/11/1985, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a report of an unconscious subject who had just been battered. During their investigation Officers obtained a description of the suspect and located him a short distance away. The victims injuries are non-life threatening and Rembert Salguero, DOB 5/20/1987, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers located the suspect who matched the description of a subject who was wanted in a previous crime. The suspect was uncooperative and refused to follow Officers orders. Keith Adkins, DOB 2/5/1982, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim and suspect were walking in the above area together when the suspect suddenly attached the victim and demanded his money. The victim refused and they became involved in a physical altercation. The suspect then fled with the victims money and property. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, mid thirties, 5'10" - 6'tall, thin build.

Officers responded to an alarm and discovered entry had been made and cash had been taken from the office. Total loss is unknown. The suspects are only described as: 2 H/M/A's, LSW dark clothing.

The victim was driving her vehicle when the suspect vehicle began to follow her. When the victim stopped and began to honk her horn the suspect struck her vehicle with his and then attempted to push her back. The victim was able to get away but the suspect struck her vehicle a second time. Brian Christopher Kerr, DOB 1/18/1977, was arrested on the above charges.
