Offices responded for the report involving a suspect that broke a window. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect. Juan Mena, DOB 2/8/1994 was arrested on the above charges.

Donna Rubin, DOB 5/5/1977 was arrested on the above charges.
Case: 26-5845
Officers responded to a found child about 3 years old pushing stroller in the roadway. Upon arrival they were able to locate the child and although limited verbally the child was able to direct officers back to his home. It was noted the child had a soiled diaper loaded heavily in the rear, dirty about his body, wearing pajamas and only socks. Joshua Belcher, DOB 10/17/1994 and Jeanette Fuller, DOB 7/9/1996 were arrested on the above charges.

Officers were dispatched regarding a reported kidnapping. The reporting party advised that a female had just been kidnapped and that he was following the suspect vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Remigio Macedonio, DOB 8/25/2002 was arrested on the above charge.
