When the victim observed a suspect checking the door handles of his vehicle he exited his residence and fired a single round into the air. Yahir Giron-Martinez, DOB 2/14/2005, was arrested on the above charge.

The victims attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise and a physical altercation occurred. The suspect then produced a gun and threatened the victims before fleeing to a waiting vehicle. The suspect was located a short time later and William Mitchell, DOB 2/12/2001, was arrested on the above charges.
