0436CENTRAL: Attempted Robbery with Firearm @East 4th & Spokane Streets

Officers observed a physical disturbance and made contact with one of the subjects who reported that someone had attempted to rob him and pistol whipped him, causing injury to his face. The victim did not report any property loss and there is no suspect description at this time.

0524NORTH: Shots Fired into Occupied Dwelling @2000 block Paradise Drive

Officers responded to reports of shots being fired but did not locate any victims. A short time later a resident reported bullet strikes their residence. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

1105SOUTH: Arrest - Poss. Stolen Motor Vehicle / PCS / Poss. Burglary Tools@6000 block South Virginia Street

A witness reported that he had located an occupied vehicle that he knew to be stolen at the above location. Offices made contact with the suspect and Steve Giboney, DOB 12/30/1986, was arrested on the above charges.

2120NORTH: Arrest - PCS / O&R / Trespass @5000 block Summit Ridge Court

Officers responded to a report of an unwanted subject who was panhandling, harassing customers, and refusing to leave. When Officers attempted to take the suspect into custody he began to physically resist. The suspect refused to identify himself and was arrested as John Doe, DOB 1/1/2001 on the above charges.

0225CENTRAL: Shots Fired @Riverside Drive & Keystone Ave

Officers responded to reports of shots heard and located several casings. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

0329NORTH: Possible Commercial Burglary @5000 block West 4th Street

Officers responded to a report of a commercial burglary in progress but the suspect was gone upon their arrival. Total loss if any is unknown and there is no suspect description at this time.

0650CENTRAL: Arrest - PCS / Poss. Drug Paraphernalia@100 block East 4th Street

Officers responded to a report of a subject who was making threats and refused to leave the premises. While taking the suspect into custody Officers discovered drugs. Hilario Segura-Saldana, DOB 9/13/1992, was arrested on the above charges.

1015SOUTH: Arrest - Battery @1000 block Steamboat Pkwy.

The suspect pushed an employee as she attempted to leave without paying for merchandise but another employee was able to get the suspect to pay for the merchandise. Then as the suspect was leaving the parking lot she bumped the employee with her vehicle. Julia McMillin, DOB 12/14/1965, was arrested on the above charge.

1130CENTRAL: Arrest - Robbery@300 block South Wells Ave.

The suspect entered the business and put his hand on the tip jar. When an employee asked him to remove his hand the suspect stated he had a machete in his bag. The suspect then fled with the tip jar but was located a short time later. Sahmaj Washington, DBO 4/12/2005, was arrested on the above charge.

1803CENTRAL: BDW, Stabbing@800 block Willow Street

The victim who had a stab wound walked into the lobby and was then transported to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening injury. The victim was uncooperative and only gave a vague description. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, mid twenties, muscular build.

1911CENTRAL: Arrest - O&R / Attempted Commercial Burg / Poss. of Burg Tools@300 block Toano Street

Officers responded to a report of a Commercial Burglary in progress where an employee was holding the suspect. As Officers were taking custody of the suspect he attempted to flee. Charles Kirk, DOB 8/21/1995, was arrested on the above charges.

2153SOUTH: Shots Fire / ADW@500 block West Moana Lane

Officers responded to a report of a road rage incident where shots were fired. They located several bullet strikes in 2 different vehicles. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

1041NORTH: Arrest - Battery Causing Substantial Bodily Harm@1000 Block Sutro Street

Officers responded to the report of a fight. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim who had been severely battered and was transported to the hospital. Officers located one of the suspects nearby who admitted to battering the victim.

Emmanuel Lilio, DOB 12/25/1986 was arrested on the above charges.

2047NORTH: Arrest - Dom Bat/Arson/O&R/Use of Force@3000 Block Belmore Way

Officers responded to the report of a domestic disturbance where the male half had lit the residence on fire and left on foot. The female half was reporting the incident from the nearby fire station. Officers located the suspect walking nearby. The suspect resisted and was detained. Jess Willans, DOB 12/19/1978 was arrested on the above charges.

0124SOUTH: Arrest - Carjacking (Robbery) w/ Elderly Enhancement - Hit and Run@400 Block Gentry Way

Officers responded to a report of a Robbery of a cab driver that just occurred. The information received was that the male suspect punched the cab driver and took the vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody but refused to identify himself.

John Doe, DOB 7/6/1984 was arrested on the above charges.

1755CENTRAL: Arrest - BDW w/Knife@400 Block East 4th Street

Officers were dispatched to the above location for the report of a fight, with one person armed with a knife. A suspect description was provided and Officers located the suspect walking away, still in possession of the knife.

Stephen Delatorre, DOB 12/16/87 was arrested on the above charges.

2315NORTH: Arrest - Attempted home invasion/DOP@6000 Block Bankside Way

Officers responded to the report of a domestic disturbance with the male attempting to kick in the front door of the residence. Upon Officers arrival they discovered the male had left and they located him down the street. Jezse Escalante-Encinas, DOB 11/13/1995 was arrested on the above charges.
