1703South: Arrest - Robbery w/ DW, Assault w/DW, False Imprisonment, CCW, O&R, Possession of Stolen Firearm@5000 Block Longley Lane

Suspect entered a business after hours to use the restroom. The suspect then took the victim's phone at gunpoint. The suspect then went outside to avoid cameras and the victim was able to call police. When the police arrived they were able to locate and arrest the suspect. Richard Edwards, DOB 12/9/1994 was arrested on the above charges.

1422Central: ADW, Knife @300 block Record Street

The victim was waiting near the suspect when the suspect suddenly became agitated, produced a knife and threatened the victim. The suspect is described as: W/F/A, mid teens to early twenties, 5'6" tall, thin build, LSW white hat, black pants.

2024Central: ADW, Bat and ADW, Vehicle@East 6th Street & Morrill Ave.

Officers responded to a report that a suspect armed with a bat was chasing a victim down the street, but the suspect was gone upon their arrival. During their investigation they learned that the suspect had attempted to hit the victim with his vehicle and then exited the vehicle holding a baseball bat. There is no suspect description at this time.

Officers were dispatched for the report of a battery. Officers located the suspect and attempted to stop him when he ran. The suspect ran a short distance and then gave up and was taken into custody. Kent Wahl, DOB 3/22/1993 was arrested on the above charges.

0047South : Arrest - Domestic Battery Causing Substantial Bodily Harm / Child Endangerment / O&R @600 block Robinhood Drive

Arnold Barragan, DOB 9/5/2000, was arrested on the above charges.

0123Central: Assault with Deadly Weapon, Knife @700 Block South Virginia Street

The victims were sitting in their parked vehicle when the suspect drove up next to them. He then exited his vehicle and threatened them with a knife before fleeing. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding.

0631North / central: Arrest - GTA / False Imprisonment / Felony Eluding @1000 block Haddock Drive

Officers located an occupied stolen vehicle and attempted to conduct a stop. The suspect did not stop and continued driving until finally abandoning the vehicle and fleeing on foot. Officers located the suspect a short time later. Lief Hammond, DOB 10/6/1973, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim and suspect were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical when the suspect hit the victim in the head multiple times with the butt of a knife and then threatened the victim with the knife. Joseph Mang, DOB 3/25/1972, was arrested on the above charges.

1220North: Residential Burglary@2000 block Valley Road

Officers responded to a Residential Burglary in progress where the victim, resident, was armed with a gun. The suspect was gone upon their arrival and there is no suspect description at this time.

1710South: Robbery@5000 block Meadowood Mall Circle

The victim attempted to stop the suspects from leaving without paying for merchandise. One suspect Pepper Sprayed the victim and the second suspect shoved his way past the victim as they both fled with some of the merchandise. Total loss is unknown. The suspects are described as: #1 H/M/A, mid to late teens, LSW black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans. #2 H/M/A, mid to late teens, LSW a gray hooded sweatshirt, hat.

The victim was inside the room when the suspect broke the door and forced his way inside. Upon seeing the room was occupied the suspect fled but was located a short time later. Todd Andersen, DOB 6/6/1959, was arrested on the above charge.

The victims claimed they were approached two separate times by the unknown suspect who asked them for a cigarette. The second time the victims refused the suspect produced a knife and threatened them. The suspect has been tentatively identified but is still outstanding.

1437South: ADW, Firearm@Wedge Parkway & Mt Rose Highway

The victims were in their vehicle stopped at a stop light when the suspect exited his vehicle, approached their vehicle and pointed a gun at them. A short time later as they were driving, the suspect pulled his vehicle up next to the victims vehicle and again pointed a gun at them. The suspect has been tentatively identified but is still outstanding.

A teacher reported a possible abuse situation. Upon arrival Officers contacted the suspect and discovered the conditions were consistent with abuse. Matthew Peterson, DOB 9/2/1989 was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a report of a male chasing a female. Upon arrival, Officers contacted the male and female and Angel Garcia, DOB 9/24/1998 was arrested on the above charges.

0133North: Commercial Burglary@10000 block Stead Blvd.

The suspect entered the business and went directly behind the counter removing cash from the register. He then opened the safe and removed cash from there as well. The suspect then fled to a waiting vehicle. Total loss is unknown. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, LSW grey sweatshirt, dark colored pants. The suspect vehicle is only described as a Grey Sedan.

The victim was approached from behind by the unknown suspect who punched him in the back of the head and then fled. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, 5'8" tall, thin build, LSW blue hat, black pants.

The employee attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise but the suspect had entered a waiting vehicle an fled. The suspect is described as: #1 W/F/A, mid forties, blonde hair, #2 & #3 A/M/A's, mid fifties. The suspect vehicle is described as: Black, Volkswagen with California plates.

Officers responded to a report of a battery where a victim had been stabbed. Officers located the victim with a stab wound to his arm and transported him to a local hospital with non-life threatening injury. The suspect is only described as: B/M/A, LSW a dark shirt with white on the front, dark jeans, blue and white shoes.

The suspect vehicle was described as: Silver Hyundai vehicle.

RPD responded to a call for a female having a mental health episode. When Officers arrived on scene they learned she had a child with her and was displaying erratic behavior. Hannah Rinehart, DOB 3/20/1990 was arrested on the above charges.

The victim had told the suspect to stop throwing Bird scooters into the roadway earlier in the day. Later on when the suspect saw the victim gain he pulled her from her Segway onto the ground. Nickalos Schatz, DOB 12/15/1989, was arrested on the above charge.

The suspect accused the occupants of a city vehicle of being responsible for causing him to not have power. When they denied any involvement the suspect began striking their vehicle with a pipe, breaking windows and denting it.  Steven Purdie, DOB 7/6/1983, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers were taking the suspect into custody for Battery on an Elderly Person when the suspect attempted to flee. Michael Briley, DOB 12/27/1983, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim was sitting a chair when the unknown suspect approached and grabbed the victim by the back of the neck. When the victim stood up and turned around the suspect fled. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, 6' tall, bald, LSW a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, blue shoes.

The victim was working on his vehicle when the suspect approached, produced a knife and attempted to stab the victim. The suspect and victim became involved in a brief struggle when the victim was injured.
