The victim was walking his bike when he was approached by the suspect. The victim and suspect discussed the possibility of the victim selling the bike when the suspect produced a knife and threatened the victim before fleeing with the bike. Officers located the suspect and stolen bike a short time later. Juwan Moss, DOB 1/1/1995, was arrested on the above charges.
