The victim was still in the business when she realized she had lost her card. When she asked the suspect if had her card she noticed he had a gun and then the suspect threatened her. Christopher Horstman, DOB 2/22/1989, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to multiple reports of a battery and then a shot being fired. There were no reported injuries and they located the suspects at short time later. The suspects, both juveniles, were arrested on the above charge.
