1608South: Armed Robbery, Knife@Kietzke Lane

The employees attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise when the suspect produced a knife, threatened them and fled to a waiting vehicle. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid twenties to mid thirties, 5'10" tall, medium build, LSW a black sweatshirt with white lettering and a green and black baseball hat with a white emblem.

2211South: Vehicle Burglary / ADW, Firearm@Westwood Dr.

The victim confronted the suspect when he found him inside a neighbors parked vehicle. After a brief verbal exchange and as the suspect was leaving he pointed an unknown object at the victim, possibly a gun. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid thirties, beard, LSW a dark knit cap and clothing.

0213North: Armed Robbery, Firearm@Garson Rd.

The suspect entered the business, motioned that he had a firearm and demanded money from the clerk. Total loss has not been disclosed. The suspect is described as: W/M/A or H/M/A, 5'6" tall, skinny, LSW all black clothing.

1037North: Arrest - ADW, Firearm / Pointing a Gun at a Person@Bishop St.

Officers responded to a report of a subject who was armed and firing a gun. Officers located the suspect still in the area and during the investigation they learned the suspect had also pointed the gun at several people. Samuel Romero, DOB 9/24/1986, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim was approached by the suspects who battered him and then stole his wallet. The suspects are described as: #1 Light skinned male adult, 5'11"-6' tall, LSW blue clothing. #2 Light skinned male adult, 5'10"-5'11" tall, goatee, LSW blue clothing.

The victim and suspect were involved in a verbal dispute over money that became physical when the suspect began to batter the victim, knocked him to the ground and then stole his cash. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding.

0830North: Arrest - Lewdness with a Minor @North Wells Ave.

Gaberial Gutierrez, DOB 8/14/1997, was arrested on the above charge.

1918Central: Arrest - BDW, Knife@Record St.

The victim and suspect were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical when the suspect produced a knife and stabbed the victim several times. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Charles Mitlo, DOB 2/17/1959, was arrested on the above charge.

2035North: Arrest - Residential Burglary@Sadyhill Dr.

The owner observed a suspect inside one of his residences via his security camera. Upon arrival Officers located the suspect still inside the residence as well as an additional suspect sitting in a vehicle near the residence. Jason Osborne, DOB 9/17/1966, and Tracy Osborne, DOB 5/11/1970, were arrested on the above charge.

0134Central : Arrest - Battery / Trespassing @North Virginia St.

The suspect was asked to leave the property. He refused and then struck one of the employees in the head. Daniel Moore, DOB 2/16/1991, was arrested on the above charges.

2208North: Arrest - Robbery / O&R@Keystone Ave.

The victim attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise when the suspect produced a knife and threatened the employee before fleeing. Officers located the suspect a short time later and became uncooperative with them. Shane Hawes, DOB 4/27/1994, was arrested on the above charges.

0050North: Battery with a Deadly Weapon@Wedekind Road

The victim answered a knock at his door when several armed suspects pushed their way inside. One suspect hit the victim on the head with the butt of a gun while other suspects stole property before fleeing. The suspects are described as: 2 H/M/A's, LSW black hats and black hooded sweatshirts. 4 B/M/A's, one had a fade haircut and was wearing a red and white jersey over a white t-shirt.

The suspect was observed removing property from a vehicle. When Officers questioned the suspect she gave them a stolen ID. Felecia Chavarria, DOB 4/13/1988, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to reports of shots being fired and located several casings. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

2227                       North: Prowler @1000 blk Ralston St

The Victim heard light tapping on her bedroom window and was too scared to look so she exited the bedroom and entered the restroom to look through the blinds.  The Victim heard a Suspect grunting and moving and believed that someone was trying to get on her bedroom window ledge. The victim stated she has been hearing these noises for the last couple days but called today for the first time.

Suspect:  Unknown race, "Older male" about 50.  LSW dark blue sweater, light blue jeans and grey sneakers.  Well kept appearance.  Based on his voice the Victim believes the Suspect to be around the age of 50.

2344                       North: Hit and Run – Felony @Wedekind and Sutro

A vehicle struck a concrete planter box, after which several subjects were seen fleeing the area carrying an unconscious subject. Officers responded to the area and located the vehicle unoccupied but with a large amount of blood inside

 While RPD was on scene, the owner of the vehicle called to report the vehicle stolen. Officers met with the owner, identified as Caleb TAU-TOLLIVER, who completed a report for the stolen vehicle. Shortly after, two subjects arrived at St Mary's with facial injuries consistent with the accident and TAU-TOLLIVER was identified as having been driving his vehicle during the incident. TAU-TOLLIVER was recontacted and arrested.

Saturday, January 5, 2019

0304                       South: ADW - Shots Fired into occupied dwelling @ 4000 blk  Rewana Way

Officers heard approximately 5 shots fired and while checking the area, the occupants of a house flagged down the officers and reported that their residence had been shot.  Officers checked the residence and located 3 bullets strikes from an unknown caliber firearm.   A canvas of the area, did not reveal any information.

1543                       North: Robbery/Felony Hit and Run @1500 blk Majestic Drive

The suspect confronted the victim after he claims she was drive erratically and aggressively. The suspect followed her to her address and started filming her with his phone while chastising her. The victim in turn started filming the suspect with her phone and confronted him in the street. As they were filming each other tension escalated with the suspect forcefully taking the victim's phone. The suspect then started to drive away with the victim clinging to the door. The victim fell from the vehicle and was subsequently run over by the suspect.

Officers located the suspect who admitted to being present for the incident, taking the cell phone and recalled seeing the victim fall from the vehicle.

2159                       North: Fire inside City Property / RFD Assist / Trespassing @Commercial at Keystone

Officers responded to assist RFD who were on scene after the roof of the City owned property was reported on fire.  RFD located three individuals inside who had taken up residence on the second floor with a tent, camping stove, propane heater etc.  An undetermined Suspect lit a fire of scrap wood to warm which initiated the call for service.  Two Defendants were cited and one Defendant was arrested.

2310                       North: Domestic / Prevent 911 X 2 / Child Endangerment @ 7600 blk Corso

Officers responded to a domestic battery.  Investigation revealed the Defendant shoved his girlfriend down while she held their 2.5 month old child.  The Victim attempted to call 911 and the Defendant took the phone from her.  The Victim obtained the phone back and fled to the bedroom.  The Victim called 911 a second time and the Defendant removed the phone from her hand and threw it at the TV breaking the phone.  The Defendant fled but was later located and arrested.

Subject was involved in an altercation and was trespassed by security.

1112                       North: BDW/O&R/Domestic/SWAT & CINT callout @1800 blk Desna St

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance and upon arrival, it was learned that Defendant Terrance Williams was involved in the situation. Defendant Williams refused to allow his father, brother and grandmother to leave the residence and blocked their escape at the front door.  Ultimately they were able to exit.  Defendant Williams sprayed pepper spray at the officers through the front and back doors. Defendant Williams locked himself in a back bedroom.  Officers entered that room to arrest Defendant Williams and he stabbed two officers with a large metal BBQ fork.  CINT negotiators attempted to negotiate with him and SWAT responded and Defendant Williams was taken into custody.  Both officers were not seriously injured

Officers responded to a report of a stabbing at the above location and located a victim. The victim injuries were non-life threatening and was transported to a local hospital. The suspect is described as: H/M/A or W/M/A, 6' tall, LSW a black hat with a brown bill, black jacket, black pants and white shoes.

Officers responded to a report of a fight involving a suspect who refused to leave the premises of a business. Jorge Vasquez, DOB 6/16/1996, was arrested on the above charge. Also arrested was a Juvenile for PCS & O&R and another Juvenile for PCS & Assault.

2030North: Armed Robbery, Knife@El Rancho Dr

The victim and suspect were going for coffee and the suspect was driving. On the way the suspect stopped the vehicle, produced a knife and demanded the victims money. The victim complied and as he was fleeing the vehicle he was knocked to the ground from behind, kicked and that suspect then stole his clothing. Both suspects fled in the suspect vehicle. The suspects are described as: #1 W/F/A, 5'7" tall, thin build, brown hair, LSW blue jeans. #2 W/M/A, mid twenties to mid thirties, average height, thin build. Suspect Vehicle: 4 door Sedan.

Officers responded to a local hospital where a victim was being treated for non-life threatening stab wounds. The victim described the suspects as: #1 H/M/A, mid twenties, 5'10" tall, 200 lbs, LSW a Raiders beanie, jeans and Jordan shoes. #2 H/M/A, mid twenties, 6' tall, 200-210 lbs., short black or brown hair.

Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle and made contact with the occupants. The driver Kevin Ventrano, DOB 1/13/1968, was arrested on the above charges. Cynthia Paque, DOB 2/17/1993, was arrested for PCS, and Megan Rachlin, DOB 10/17/1995, was arrested on a warrant.
