The suspect entered the business, produced a gun and demanded the money from the register. When the employee refused the suspect fled. There was no reported loss and the suspect is described as: W/M/A, goatee, LSW a black hoodie, black pants, dark colored baseball hat.

The victim was approached from behind by the unknown suspect who stabbed him in the back and then fled. The victims injury is non-life threatening. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, average height, thin build, clean shaven, black hair, LSW a black beanie cap, grey hooded sweatshirt, black t-shirt, black pants, black shoes.

1344North: Arrest - Poss. of a Stolen Motor Vehicle@500 block Keystone Ave.

Officers responded to a report that a victim had just located his stolen vehicle. They attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the suspect initially fled at a high rate of speed and then abandoned the vehicle and fled into a business. Richard Navarro, DOB 4/8/1965, was arrested on the above charge.

1545                       South: Child Endangerment @6800 blk Sierra Center Pkwy

Officers responded to the parking lot on report of two adults nodding off while caring for an infant near a vehicle. Officers contacted both defendants who were subsequently arrested.

Arrested: Mergan, Tayza (12/16/96) Child endangerment, O&R, Battery on Peace Officer, Poss. Drug Paraphernalia

Arrested: Felce, Eric (2/24/87) 3 warrants, child endangerment, poss. drug paraphernalia.

Officers responded to a downtown market for a fight. Upon arrival officers arrested the suspect for disturbing the peace and placed him in the backseat of a patrol vehicle. The suspect spat on an Officer resulting in a second charge.

Officers received a call of destruction of property at an area self storage facility. Officers located and arrested the suspect.

1952                       North: Domestic battery/Stabbing @2900 blk Regal Ct

Officers responded on a report of a stabbing.  Both individuals ended up in a verbal dispute that turned physical when the mother attacked the father, knocking him to the ground and battering him. After a break, the father attacked the mother and had her pinned to the ground when the mother used a piece of glass from a broken picture frame to stab him.  Both parents were transported to an area hospital for treatment.  Officers determined there was cause to arrest both.

2146                       South: Battery on a Police Officer Arrest @3800 blk S. Virginia Street

An RPD Officer was driving through a parking lot when he observed a physical domestic disturbance, where the male was on top of the female, who was on the ground.  He struck her numerous times as the Officer intervened.  The male suspect removed his shirt and punched the Officer twice on the side of the face before being taken to the ground and held there until cover units arrived.  The female would not follow the Officer’s commands to back away.  They were both arrested.

Def. 1:  Castaneda, Marvin 04/27/1997 charged with Domestic Battery, Battery on a Protected Person and Obstructing and O&R - Fight.

Def. 2:  Correa, Jazmin 02/09/1997 charged with O&R Non-Compliant.

Officers responded to reports of shots being fired and located several casings. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

Officers were taking the suspect into custody for O&R when she became uncooperative and combative. Jasmine Stanford, DOB 9/15/2001, was arrested on the above charges.

0444Central: Arrest - Robbery/O&R@100 block Kietzke Lane

The victims were confronted by the suspects who began to taunt them. When the victims attempted to get away one suspect knocked one victim off his bike and hit him in the head with a rock. The suspects then stole the victim's bike and fled. Officers located several of the suspects a short distance away. Mario Cubias, DOB 10/12/2001, and 2 juveniles, were arrested on the above charges. 2 more juvenile suspects are still outstanding.

The victim was attempting to trespass the suspect once again when the suspect produce a baseball bat and hit the victim in the head. The victim's injury was non-life threatening. Jeremy Green, DOB 1/23/1992, was arrested on the above charges.

1656South: Arrest - Conspiracy to commit Grand Larceny/Grand Larceny/Burglary@300 block East Plumb Lane

The suspects entered the business and tampered with security wires in an attempt to steal merchandise. They were able to free one piece of merchandise and then attempted to flee. One suspect was stopped by employees. Jacob Centimano, DOB 4/27/1992, was arrested on the above charges. The second suspect punched an employee in the face and fled with the merchandise. That suspect is described as: W/M/A, early to mid twenties, 6' tall, 170 lbs., light beard, LSW a black jacket, plaid sweater, red shirt, light blue jeans, and a red beanie.

Officers responded to a report that a stabbing had just occurred. They located the victim with a non-life threatening stab wound to the back. The suspect is described as: H/M/A, 5'7" tall, medium build, LSW all black clothing.

The victim and suspect were known to each other but today the suspect entered the victims room while carrying a Circular Saw Blade and threatened the victim with it. Joseph Webber, DOB 4/23/1985, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress and located a subject who matched the description of one of the suspects leaving the area on a bicycle. Eric Hosmer, DOB 9/21/1967, was arrested on the above charge.

The suspect was caught by employees stealing from the property. Jesus Nunez, DOB 7/6/1995, was arrested on the above charge.

The suspect had attempted to break into an occupied residence but fled. Officers located the suspect a short time later and discovered he was in possession of property from several burglaries. James Martinez, DOB 10/9/1991, was arrested on the above charges.

1918South: Arrest - Traffic Violations/O&R/Battery on an Officer @South Virginia Street & East Moana Lane

Officers conducted a stop for traffic violation and made contact with the driver. The driver gave them a false name and refused to correctly identify himself. When Officers attempted to take him into custody he resisted, attempted to flee and struck an Officer. Oswaldo Mariscal, DOB 12/12/1986, was arrested on the above charges.

2320Central: Arrest - Battery with Substantial Bodily Harm/Battery by a Prisoner@5th & Arlington

Officers were flagged down by a subject who reported 2 people were involved in a fight. They located the victim with severe but non-life threatening injuries. As they were attempting to take the suspect into custody he become resistant and kicked an officer. Robert Ramirez, DOB 8/17/1978, was arrested on the above charges.

0425                       Central: FTO Walk Signal, O&R, PCS @2nd and Virginia Streets

Officers responded to a Subject in the roadway.  The Defendant failed to obey the walk signal and was taken into custody by Officers.   Search incident to arrest located a small quantity of methamphetamine on the Defendant.   The Defendant refused to provide any identifying information other than his name.

The owner of the business responded to an alarm and found the front window to the business broken out.  The Defendant exited the business and charged toward the owner who fired two shots from a handgun into the air as a warning.  The suspect ran to a nearby parking lot of where he was detained by officers.

The victim attempted to stop the suspects from leaving without paying for merchandise but the suspects pushed the victim out of the way and fled with the merchandise. Total loss has not been disclosed. The suspects are described as #1 Male juvenile, LSW a Army green beanie and hoodie. #2 Male juvenile, LSW a gray hoodie. #3 Male juvenile, LSW a black hoodie.

The victims woke in the morning to discover someone had entered the residence as they slept and stole a purse and their vehicle. During the investigation Officers learned one of the victim cards had been used at a local business. That subject was described as: W/M/A, early twenties, thin build, clean shaven, LSW a black beanie with grey trim and a grey and green hooded sweatshirt. The vehicle was located unoccupied a short time later.
