The suspect previously stole merchandise and then returned and started taunting the employees. When one employee attempted to call security he grabbed the phone and threw it. Reno, NV— On February 2nd, 2017 the Reno Police Department Patrol and Detective Fraud Division responded to multiple locations in the downtown Reno area on reports of skimming devices found on ATM machines. Three devices and associated video cameras to capture pins were recovered. Multiple additional ATM machines showed trace evidence of skimming devices having been recently attached. Later in the evening the victim was confronted by the suspect who cut her in the neck with an edged weapon and then fled. The victims injury is non-life threatening. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding.

The victim had agreed to meet the suspect at a specified location. When the suspect didn’t show up, the victim returned home to find the suspect and other subjects waiting for him there. One suspect produced a gun and they battered him and stole his property and cash. The suspects are described

Officers conducted a stop of an occupied vehicle with subjects that were reported to match the description of subjects who were wanted
