The victims and suspect were involved in a verbal confrontation when the suspect produced a knife and threatened them. Caleb Galt, DOB 10/11/1983, was arrested on the above charge.
Officers responded to a report of Battery in progress. They located the victim and she was transported to a local hospital where it was discovered she also had an older gun shot wound. The victim said her property had also been stolen. Suspect #1 is described as: B/M/A, 5'11" tall, 165-170 lbs., bald, LSW a white hoodie and blue jean. Suspect #2 There is no description.
Officers conducted a traffic stop for expired registration. During the investigation they discovered the suspect was in possession of a gun and narcotics. Julius Lugo, DOB 3/30/1993, was arrested on the above charges.

The Manager responded to an alarm at the business and discovered the front door had been broken and merchandise stolen. Total loss is unknown and there is no suspect description at this time.
David Valencia, DOB 3/19/1996, was arrested on the above charges.

1024 North: Child Endangerment / Warrant Arrest / @1600 blk of Silverada
Officers responded to a welfare check of a child in a stroller. The reporting person reported seeing the stroller fall several times into the street near passing traffic. Luckily, the child was strapped in and did not fall out of the stroller. Once on scene, officers discovered the male subject/father of the child to be grossly intoxicated. During the course of the investigation the child's mother arrived on scene and it was discovered she had two outstanding misdemeanor warrants. Both adults were arrested.

1924 Central: O&R @High St / E 2nd St
An RPD Officer was patrolling in the area of High St. and E. 2nd St. when he saw the Suspect trying door handles to vehicles parked on the East side of High St. The Officer contacted the suspect who became uncooperative during detention.

2137 North: Battery on a Protected Person, O&R, @Somersett Parkway at Ridge Field Trail
Officers responded for a Subject who was found unresponsive on a walking trail. The Subject was located and was grossly intoxicated. REMSA was with the Subject and she was uncooperative, grabbing in her purse for an unknown object. The Officer attempted to prevent her from removing anything from her purse and she punched the Officer in the left ear.

1402 North: Child endangerment @ Stead Blvd
A citizen reported the vehicle in front of them in the drive thru had three unrestrained juveniles, one of which was in the open bed of the truck. Once on scene officers discovered three children, all under the age of 6, unrestrained in the cab of the truck with only one available car seat. Further investigation revealed that the child that had been in the truck bed was 3 years old. The female driver was arrested for child neglect.

2144 North: Simple Battery @700 blk W Golden Valley Rd
Officers responded to the listed location on a report of a stabbing that had just occurred. Once on scene Officer's located a male down with stab wounds. Officers located the other involved male in the area with injuries to his head. The investigation revealed that the suspect (who had been stabbed) broke into the victim's bedroom. The suspect then began to batter the victim who was asleep at the time. The victim awoke, retrieved a knife from his night stand and stabbed the suspect in self-defense. The suspect was treated for non-life threatening injuries and was later booked for simple battery.

The victim was attempting to enter a business when the suspect, who was lying on the porch, became aggressive and produced a knife, threatening the victim. The suspect refused to identify herself and was booked under Jane Doe on the above charge.
The victim was confronted by a suspect who he knew along with other suspects who were unknown to him. One suspect produced a knife and the other suspects began hitting and kicking him. The suspects then attempted to steal the victims property but the victim was able to retain it and then flee. Suspect #1 has been identified but is still outstanding. Suspect #2 is only described as: B/M/A, LSW black sweatpants and a black and maroon sweater. Suspects #3-#9 are only described as males.

Officers responded to an alarm and discovered merchandise had been stolen. Total loss is unknown. The suspect is described as: Unknown race male, 5'9"-5'10" tall, LSW a blue jacket with reflective tape on the elbows, grey hooded sweatshirt, and black "Converse" shoes.

The victim was walking in the area when he heard shots being fired. He then noticed he had been hit by a stray bullet. The victims injury is non-life threatening and the investigation is ongoing.

1900 North: BDW/Domestic Battery@3900 blk Clear Acre Ln
Officers responded to the listed location on a report of a fight between two males and a female. Once on scene Officers learned that the altercation was between a 15 year old male juvenile, his mother, and his step-father. Investigation revealed that the male juvenile threatened his mother with a knife after she would not allow him to use her vehicle. The juvenile then threw the knife at his mother and it struck her on the foot causing a laceration. The juvenile then exited the residence and broke the sliding glass door by throwing an object at it. The juvenile went back inside and continued to fight with his mother. At that time the step-father and the mother removed the juvenile from the house. The juvenile was arrested for BDW and Domestic Battery.

1739 North: Arrest for possession of stolen motor vehicle@1800 blk W 4th St
An RPD Officer located a stolen vehicle in the area of 1800 blk of W 4th St. The Officer stopped the vehicle as it parked in the lot of a local motel. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle.

While Officers were investigating a report of shots fired, they located an unrelated subject who was wanted for burglary (Case #20-100573).

The victim had observed the suspect damaging a tree with a knife and asked him to stop. The suspect then turned towards the victim and made threats while armed with the knife. Shad Warren, DOB 2/23/1969, was arrested on the above charges.
The victim was approached from behind by the suspects who demanded his money. When the victim did not comply one suspect grabbed a rock threatening the victim. The victim was able to flee the area. The suspects are only described as: 3 Black female juveniles and 2 Black male juveniles.

Officers responded to a report of a fight. When they attempted to make contact with the suspect he aggressively challenged them and spit in an officer's eye. Erik Francis, DOB 4/29/1996, was arrested on the above charges.

The suspect was at a local hospital when she began to batter and strangle the victim who was an employee. Kasandra Emslander, DOB 7/9/1984, was arrested on the above charge.

The victim awoke to find the suspect inside his residence. Upon being discovered the suspect fled. During the investigation Officers learned a second suspect had also entered the residence and then fled. The suspects are described as: #1 W/M/A, mid twenties, LSW a grey hoody blue pants and a dark hat. #2 W/M/A, mid twenties, LSW a black hoody and black jeans.

Officers responded to an alarm and discovered the front door had been broken and merchandise stolen. Total loss is unknown and there are no suspect(s) descriptions at this time.
The victim was involved in an a verbal argument with an unknown suspect. The suspect then punched the victim knocking him to the ground. He then stole the victims money before fleeing. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid forties to mid fifties, 5'10" tall, LSW a black coat and blue jeans.
