0136Central: Commercial Robbery@600 block North Wells Ave.

The employee attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise. They became involved in a physical altercation and the suspect battered the victim and then fled with the merchandise. Total loss is unknown. The suspect is described as: B/F/A, heavy set, black hair, LSW a white shirt, black pants.

0206North : Arrest - O&R @8000 block Lemmon Drive

Officers observed a suspect running from a business and enter a waiting vehicle. When they attempted to conduct a stop on the vehicle it fled at a high rate of speed. When the vehicle eventually became disabled both suspects fled on foot.  Officers located one suspect, the passenger, and Jaran Two Hearts, DOB 9/5/2003, was arrested on the above charge.

1144Central: Arrest - PSMV / Grand Larceny of a Vehicle / Poss. Burglary Tools@400 block Lake Street

Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle and made contact with the occupants. During the investigation they learned the suspects were wanted in a previous crime.  Donovan Smikel, DOB 12/5/1993, was arrested on the above charges. Ariana Rohrer, DOB 5/1/2004, was arrested for Grand Larceny of a Vehicle.

1159Central: Arrest - PCS @400 block North Virginia Street

Officers responded to a report of subjects being held for trespassing. During the investigation Officers learned one suspect was in Possession of a Controlled Substance. Anthony Luzzi, DOB 8/28/1982, was arreseted on the above charge.

Officers responded to a report of an alarm and located the suspect still inside the business. Steven Grant, DOB 9/9/1987, was arrested on the above charge.

0130Central: Arrest - GTA / O&R / Damage to City Property@West 5th & Sierra Streets

Officers responded to a report that the victims had located their stolen vehicle and it was being driven by a subject. Before Officers could conduct a traffic stop the suspect exited the moving vehicle and attempted to flee on foot. The vehicle came to a stop after damaging property and a tree. Mark Williams, DOB 11/22/1994, was arrested on the above charges.

0916Central: Arrest - Trespass / Battery / O&R @700 block North Sierra Street.

The employee had confronted the suspect over a trepassing issue when the suspect responded by pushing the victim in the chest. The suspect refused to comply with Officers orders and physically resisted as they were taking her into custody. Kara Sampson, DOB 10/22/1973, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers located a suspect who was wanted from a previous crime. As they attempted to make contact the suspect attempted to flee. Daren Thomas, DOB 4/6/1990, was arrested on the above charges.

0045Central: BDW, Stabbing@1000 block East 6th Street

The victim and suspect were involved in an altercation that turned physical when the suspect produced a knife and stabbed the victim in the back. The victims injury was non-life threatening. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding.

1739Central: Arrest - BDW, Knife@Arlington & /1st Streets

The victim and suspect were already involved in a physical fight when witnesses say the suspect produced a sharp weapon and began stabbing at the victim. The victim suffered a puncture wound to the back that was non-life threatening. Officers located the suspect a short time later and Liroy Kloulubak, DOB 12/9/1978, was arrested on the above charge.

0151Central: BDW, Stabbing@2000 block East 2nd Street

Officers responded to a report of a stabbing and located the victim with a non-life threatening stab wound to the leg. The victim and suspect were conducting a transaction when they became involved in a verbal argument that turned physical. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding.

0950North: Strong Armed Robbery @1000 block Sutro Street

The victim was standing at the above location when the unknown suspect rode his bicycle at a high rate of speed and ran right into him knocking them both to the ground. The suspect then forcibly removed property from the victim and fled. The suspect is described as: Possibly Native American male, mid fifties to sixties, LSW a green jacket.

The victim awoke to find property had been stolen from his home during the night. There are no suspects at this time.

1937South: Robbery / BDW, Collapsible Baton@1000 block Idlewild Drive

Thei victim located her sons stolen bike and attempted to detain the suspect when the suspect produced a collapsible baton and struck the victim in the head before fleeing. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid twenties to mid thirties, 5'6" tall, shaved head, LSW all black clothing and a green bullet proof vest.

The victims had discovered the suspect going thru their property and confronted him. A fight ensued and then the suspect produced a gun and threatend them before fleeing. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid forties to mid fifties, short hair, LSW a black sweatshirt and jeans.

The resident entered his garage and notices it had been ransacked and items had been stolen. There are no suspects at this time.

The suspect was at the above location when he produced a knife and threatened the employees. Frederick Yellen, DOB 1/19/1965, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to an alarm and discovered entry had been made. They located the suspect a short time later and Jesus Nunez, DOB 7/6/1995, was arrested on the above charges.

Isaac Perez, DOB 11/5/1992, was arrested on the above charge.

1600Central: Arrest - Strong Arm Robbery@1000 block East 4th Street

The victim had attempted to stop the suspects from leaving without paying for merchandise when the suspects battered her and knocked her to the ground before fleeing with the merchandise. Officers located the suspects a short time later and Allan Reed Jr., DOB 2/22/1996 and Deanna Brown, DOB 9/10/1991, were arrested on the above charge.

Officers were taking the suspect into custody for DUI when she became combative, spit on them and kicked an Officer. Carol Shields, DOB 10/9/1950, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of shooting and located the victim with a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the arm. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding. During the investigation officers learned a witness was in possession of weapon while being a prohibited person.

Officers responded to a report of a stabbing and located the victim with a non-life threatening knife wound to the lower back. They learned the victim and suspect were involved in an altercation that turned physical. The suspect is only described as: Unknown race male, LSW all black clothing.

0122Central: Arrest - False Imprisonment / DOP @600 block North Wells Ave.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and learned the suspect had refused to allow the victim to leave the room and then broke the victims phone. Christopher Rickard, DOB 4/26/1975, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim observed the suspects attempting to break into a business. When he attempted to intervene one of the suspects hit him in the head with a hammer and they both fled. The victims injury is non-life threatening. The suspects are described as: #1 White or Hispanic male, LSW a white or light colored coat, tan pants. #2 there is no description at this time.

0355South: Armed Robbery, Knife@3000 block South Virginia Street

The victims were walking in the above mentioned area when they were approached by the unknown suspects. One suspect produced a knife and they demanded their money. The victims complied and the suspects fled on foot. The suspects are described as #1 W/M/A, mid thirties to mid forties, 5'11"-6'1" tall, blonde hair, pock marked face, LSW a red sweatshirt. #2 W/F/A, mid thirties, 5'2" tall, 250 lbs., brown or dirty blonde hair, LSW jeans with holes.

Max Carillo, DOB 10/25/2002, was arrested on the above charges. A second suspect, a juvenile, was arrested for O&R.

The victim returned home to find the unknown suspect on his porch. The victim told the suspect he had to leave and then went inside. The suspect followed him inside and they became involved in an argument when the suspect refused to leave. The suspect then punched the victim and they became involved in a fight. Kelly Noland, DOB 11/5/1970, was arrested on the above charge.

The victim was approached by the suspects who battered him and then stole his property before fleeing to a vehicle. The suspects are described as: #1 W/M/A, late teens to early twenties, medium build, LSW a tan hooded sweatshirt. #2 H/M/A, late teens to early twenties, medium build, long hair, LSW a black hooded sweatshirt. #3 H/M/A, late teens to early twenties, medium build, LSW black hooded sweatshirt.

0601North: Arrest - Battery / BDW / Burglary / Arson / O&R@10000 block North McCarran Blvd

The suspect and victims were acquatances and today became involved in a verbal agrgument that turned physical when the suspect then stabbed one of the victims with a large nail. When the victims fled to thier RV the supect entered their vehicle and ignited a container inside the vehicle. He then forced his way into their RV and battered the victims. Joshua McCabe, DOB 6/28/1978, was arrested on the above charges.
