0509South: Arrest - Attempted GTA/O&R@600 block East Moana Lane

The victim confronted the suspect when he saw him enter his vehicle and attempt to drive off with it. The suspect got out and fled on foot. When Officers located the suspect a short time later he refused their orders and continued to attempt to flee. Daniel Bailey, DOB 3/8/2000, was arrested on the above charges.

1157Central: Arrest - Strong Arm Robbery/O&R@4th & Eureka

Officers responded to a report of a victim who had been battered with a club. During the investigation they learned the suspect also stole the victims property before fleeing. When Officers located the suspect a short time later he was uncooperative and combative with them. Destry Kittman, DOB 7/14/1994, was arrested on the above charges.

1314Central: Arrest - ADW, Metal Rods/Battery by a Prisoner on a Peace Officer@300 block Valley Road.

The victims were escorting the suspect off of the property when he grabbed metal rods and began swinging them at the victims. The suspect also spit at officers after being taken into custody. David Sherrill, DOB 9/3/1965, was arrested on the above charges.

2310Central: Arrest - Poss. of Stolen Motor Vehicle/PSP@6th & North Wells Ave.

Officers observed a vehicle with stolen plates and conducted a stop. During the investigation they learned the vehicle had also been stolen. Ronald Kepley, DOB 9/24/1981, was arrested on the above charges.

0254Central: Commercial Burglary@500 block East 7th Street

The manager responded to reports of multiple alarms at the above location. He discovered doors were open and damaged. Property had been destroyed and cash was stolen. Total loss is unknown at this time. The suspects are described as: #1 W/M/A, 6'-6'2" tall, 215 lbs., LSW a light colored sweatshirt with "85" on the front, light colored undershirt, light colored "Anaheim Angels" baseball hat with a sticker on the bill, dark colored jeans with slits across the knees, and dark shoes. #2 W/M/A, 5'9" tall, 180 lbs., LSW a red hat, dark sweatshirt with a lighter pattern design on the sleeves, dark jeans, and dark colored shoes.

The manager arrived to find the locks on several units had been cut and removed. Total loss is unknown and there are no suspects at this time.

An employee attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise when the suspect verbally threatened him. Total loss is unknown. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid thirties, 5'8" tall, medium build, black hair, LSW a black "Nevada" hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black slip on sandals.




2242North: Robbery@6000 block Sharlands Ave.

The victim was home when several unknown suspects entered his residence and stole his property, cash, and his vehicle. The suspects are described as: #1 Female, 5'3" tall, brown hair. #2 White Male, 6' tall. 3# Asian Male, wearing a straw hat. #4 Asian Male, 5'7" tall. #5 White Male, 5'8" tall, brown hair. #6 White Female, dark hair.

0128North: Arrest - Disturbing the Peace/Inciting a Fight/DUI@800 block North Virginia Street

The victim was in his vehicle when he was hit by another vehicle as it backed up. When the victim got out and attempted to make contact with the vehicles occupants they all got out and entered another vehicle. The driver of that vehicle challenged the victim to a fight before driving away. The vehicle and suspect were located a short time later. The suspect, a juvenile, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of a victim who had been stabbed in the arm and chest. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is being treated for non-life threatening injuries. The victim was uncooperative and did not disclose any information regarding his injuries.

The victims reported an unknown suspect had entered their residence and then one of the victims chased him out. There was no reported loss. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid twenties, 6'3"-6'4" tall, LSW a dark colored hooded sweatshirt.

0038Central: Arrest - Trespass/O&R/Battery on a Peace Officer@400 block North Virginia Street.

Officers responded to a report of a suspect being held for Trespassing. When Officers contacted the suspect he became uncooperative, combative, and kicked an Officer. Miles Wathen, DOB 10/20/1991, was arrested on the above charges.

0942Central: Arrest - Battery on Police Officer/O&R/Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia @1st & Virginia Streets

Officers responded to a report of break in and located subjects who matched the description of the suspects in the immediate area. Upon contact one suspect gave Officers false identification and then attempted to flee. The suspect was quickly apprehended but continued to be combative and then hit an Officer with his fist. Luis Sannar, DOB 7/6/1984, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded on a reported battery with injuries.

Officers were in the area, having a car to car conversation when the defendant suddenly approached.  The defendant failed to obey several commands and started walking between the parked patrol vehicles.

1446                       South: ADW on Officer, O&R w/ deadly weapon, @3800 blk S. Virginia St.

Officers responded to an area Casino reference a completely naked male throwing things around, and ultimately barricaded himself in the bathroom. An officer attempted to peek over the stall the suspect was inside, and the suspect attempted to stab/slice the officer with what appeared to be an unknown metallic edged weapon.  CINT and SWAT personnel arrived and eventually the suspect was taken into custody.  The suspect was discovered to have been armed with a pair of dykes and had also torn a metal shelf off the wall and swung it at officers during his arrest.

Officers responded on a report of a guest in a hotel room acting belligerent and destroying the room.  Upon entering the room the subject began breaking everything in sight in the room.  He ultimately armed himself with two lamps.  Officers were ultimately able to detain the suspect.

An Officer made a traffic stop at Brinkby/South Virginia St.  During the stop the driver exited the vehicle and took off running. The Officer was able to catch the suspect and take him into custody

0750                       South: Trafficking arrest, possible mobile lab @200 blk Crampton St

An Officer contacted the defendant after seeing him sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle that had fictitious license plates. Upon running the defendant, he was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant. A search of the defendant revealed he was in possession of 5.25 grams of Meth.  K9 Scully arrived and alerted on the vehicles’ trunk area and during the search two "single mix" narcotics manufacturing pots were located.

The suspect distracted the employees then reached into a cash drawer and stole money before fleeing to a waiting vehicle. Total loss is unknown at this time. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid thirties, 6' tall, 220-230 lbs., LSW a white hat, white shirt and tan shorts.

Employees had asked the suspect multiple times to leave the premises when he produced a knife and threatened them. Billyray Duncantell, DOB 9/25/1958, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a report of a subject who was on top of a vehicle and located him in the street. Reuben Delgado, DOB 6/2/1992, was arrested on the above charge.

2337South: Arrest - ADW, Firearm/CCW@2000 block South McCarran Blvd.

The victim was confronted by the suspect when he was observed going thru the suspects equipment. The victim attempted to flee with the suspect chasing him. As the victim reached his vehicle he sprayed Pepper Spray towards the suspect. The suspect then produced a gun and fired a shot striking the victim's fleeing vehicle. Connor Reilly, DOB 2/24/1998, was arrested on the above charges.

1000South: Burglary/Battery/Robbery@3000 block South Virginia Street

The victim answered a knock at his door to find an acquaintance and another subject.  Upon entering the residence the unknown subject began to batter the victim. Both the victim and the suspect then became involved in a physical fight. After the suspects had fled the victim realized cash had been stolen. The suspect is described as: H/M/A, 6' tall, 200 lbs., wears glasses.

The victim and suspect were involved in a verbal argument. The suspect then got into her vehicle, put it in reverse and ran over the victims foot before leaving. There is no suspect description at this time.

0034                       Central: PCS trafficking/Poss. Stolen Property/Traffic Charges @Kietzke Lane/Mill Street
An RPD Officer located a vehicle driving in the area with suspended license plates and conducted a traffic stop.  Officers made contact with the driver and discovered he had a warrant for his arrest.  Officers located methamphetamine inside the vehicle.  Officers also located a loose car stereo inside the vehicle, which was listed as stolen.

Officers responded to an area restaurant regarding a suspect exposing his genitals to customers through the window. Upon arrival the defendant was located and arrested.  Officers located a small bag of Methamphetamine in the defendants jacket pocket.

Officers responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance.  It was learned the victim attempted to call 911 and the suspect prevented the victim by cutting her charging cable and taking her phone.

Officers responded in regards to a domestic disturbance.  While investigating it was learned the victim had been battered the day before, and the suspect also battered the young child. The suspect was arrested for Child Abuse and Domestic Battery.

Officers responded to the area of Mill/Kietzke on a reported driver down inside his vehicle.  Upon arrival, officers attempted to make contact with the defendant but he drove off W/B on Mill St.  The defendant went off the roadway and struck a retaining wall/light pole.  Officers parked behind the defendant who then backed up, striking a patrol vehicle.

Officer responded to a reported Domestic Disturbance where a female could be heard screaming for help. Officers went to the door and heard the female screaming for help.  The male was arrested after investigation for Domestic Battery and False Imprisonment.

Officers responded to the above location after it was reported that three young juveniles were playing near the street, and told the R/P their parents were not home.  Officers contacted the three juveniles inside the apartment with no adults present The children told officers their mother was at work.  Officers followed up with the mother at her work and she was arrested.

Officers responded to an area bar for an adult female who was intoxicated and had a small child with her. When officers arrived, the female was grossly intoxicated, could not get up, slurred her words when attempting to speak and could not answer questions about her child.
