0255Central: Arrest - Trespassing / Burglary of a Motor Vehicle @1000 block East Commercial Row

The suspect was observed breaking into a parked vehicle. Corey Booth, DOB 7/13/1982, was arrested on the above charges.

Management arrived to find the Slot Machines inside of the business had been forced open. Total loss is unknown and there are no suspects at this time.

0850Central: Arrest - GTA @2000 block East 4th Street

Officers responded to a report that a stolen vehicle had just been located and was occupied. The Officers contacted the suspect and Ryan Mooney, DOB 8/18/1986, was arrested on the above charge.

0903Central: BDW with a Vehicle / Robbery@1000 block East 6th Street.

The victim and suspect are known to each other and today as the victim was riding his bicycle the suspect drove up in his vehicle and struck him, knocking him off of the bike. The suspect then exited the vehicle, punched the victim in the face and stole his property before fleeing. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, very heavy build, bald, LSW a white t-shirt.

The victim and suspect were involved in a verbal argument that turned physical when the suspect struck the victim in the head with a rock and fled. The suspect was located a short time later. Michael Wilcosky, DOB 10/31/1980, was arrested on the above charge.

1902South: BDW, Shooting@500 block Brinkby Ave

Officers responded to reports of shots being fired and located several casings. There were 2 reported victims with non-life threatening injuries and the follow up investigation will be conducted by the Regional Gang Unit.

The victim was in the above business when he observed the suspect attempting to steal his bicycle. When the victim confronted the suspect he produced a knife, threatened him, and then fled on the victims bike. The suspect is only described as: Older W/M/A, gray hair, gray beard.

Officers responded to a report of an unwanted subject who was fighting with employees and customers. As the Officers were taking the suspect into custody he became uncooperative, spit on them and scratched them. Craig Hall Jr, DOB 2/2/1991, was arrested on the above charges.

0148North: BDW, Stabbing@2000 block Elementary Drive

The victim was approached by the suspect who asked for a cigarette and then later asked for change, but the victim refused each time. They then became involved in a physical altercation and the suspect stabbed the victim in the face and then fled. The victims injury is non-life threatening. The suspect is described as: H/M/A, thin build, LSW all black clothing.

0201North: Arrest - DUI / Intoxicated while in Possession of a Firearm / Discharge of a Firearm@1000 block Sutro St

Officers responded to a report of a subject firing a gun into the air. The suspect was gone upon their arrival but was located a short time later. Elliott Aguilar, DOB 6/1/1982, was arrested on the above charges.

The suspects entered the store and went directly behind the counter. They then damaged property and stole merchandise before fleeing. Total loss is unknown and the suspects are only described as 3-4 Male juveniles, 5'9"-5'10" tall.

2110Central: Arrest - Battery / ADW / BDW, Whip / CCW@Virginia Street Plaza

The victim and suspect were involved in an alteration when the suspect hit the victim with a whip. When the victim attempted to take the whip the suspect produced a gun and threatened him. During the investigation Officers learned the gun was a pellet gun. Anthony Muniz, DOB 5/14/2002, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim and suspect were involved in a verbal argument that turned physical when the suspect strangled the victim and then fled. The suspect has been tentatively identified but is still outstanding.

Officers were taking the suspect into custody for make threats with a Knife when the suspect became uncooperative and threatened to bite the Officers. Robert Gillis, DOB 8/3/1980, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report that the window of a business was broken and subjects could be seen inside. The suspects were gone upon Officers arrival and the total loss is unknown. Officers responded to a report of a fight and attempted to make contact with the suspect. The suspect refused to comply, became combative and attempted to kick Officers. Adrian Espinoza, DOB 2/8/1999, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of a possible attempted Burglary. There was no reported loss. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid forties to early fifties, 5'10"-6'-2" tall, with medium blonde hair, LSW a grey hooded sweatshirt, baggy blue jeans and white shoes. Suspect Vehicle is described as: Gun Metal Grey Toyota Tundra, unknown California plates.

1157South: Arrest - Child Endangerment @3000 block Neil Road

Rayon Facey, DOB 8/26/1986, and Akisma Facey, DOB 10/16/1991, were arrested on the above charge.

1339Central: Arrest - O&R/Battery on a Peace Officer@400 block Lake Street

Officers were attempting to speak with the suspect regarding a crime when the suspect attempted to flee, refused to comply, and became combative and started kicking and spitting on them. Zariah Caldwell, DOB 1/11/2000, was arrested on the above charges.

1349Central: Burglary/ Battery @700 block East 7th Street

The victims were in the residence when the unknown suspect entered. When they fled to another room the suspect attempted to force the door to that room open. One victim then stabbed the suspect in the leg with a kitchen utensil and the suspect fled. The suspect is described as: White or Hispanic male, LSW a black hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans.

1805Central: Arrest for Poss. Stolen Motor Vehicle/Poss. Controlled Substance @1000 block East 4th Street

Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle in a parking lot and made contact with the occupants. Annmarie Headrick, DOB 8/22/1995, was arrested on the above charges.

2206South: Armed Robbery, Firearm @2000 South Virginia Street

The victim was in his room when an acquaintance and an unknown suspect entered. That suspect then produced a gun, demanded the victim's money and punched him several times in the face. When the suspect left the victim noticed his money and personal property were gone. The suspects are described as: #1 W/F/A, late twenties, pink or purple hair, LSW a pink tank top, and black yoga pants. #2 W/M/A, mid thirties to early forties, 5'4" - 5'6" tall, stalky build, LSW orange and black SF BB hat, black sweatshirt, black long shorts with orange on both lower legs, and white Nike tennis shoes.
