The suspect was observed breaking into a business at the above location. There is no reported loss at this time. The suspect is described as: W/M/A or H/M/A, LSW a white t-shirt, jeans, and a multi colored baseball hat.
The victim had walked to a friends house and when she arrived her friend advised her that she was bleeding. The victim was not aware she had been stabbed. The victims injuries are non-life threatening and there are no suspects at this time.
The victim attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for the merchandise when the suspect produced a knife and threatened the victim before fleeing. The suspect was located a short time later. Dustin Shreve, DOB 5/8/1979, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to an alarm and discovered a window had been broken and someone had attempted to open the safe. Total loss if any is unknown. The suspects are described as: 2 Male adults, one wearing a red polo shirt.
The victim was walking to his vehicle when he was approached by the suspects. One suspect produced a gun and then both suspects entered the victims vehicle and drove off. The suspects are described as: #1 W/M/A, mid thirties, LSW a white and blue baseball t-shirt, jeans and a black hat. #2 W/F/A, medium build to heavy set, brown hair in a ponytail.
Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle and conducted a stop. Richard Black, DOB 10/1/1968, was arrested on the above charge.

0016 North: GTA-Minor in Possession of a firearm @600 blk Lancaster Dr
Officers responded on report of a stolen truck. Officers located the stolen vehicle occupied by 3 male juveniles. All 3 juveniles were arrested.

0019 Central: PCS/O&R @300 blk Mill St
Officers responded with paramedics to the area on report of subject down. Upon contact, officers saw a small bag of what appeared to be Methamphetamine next to the defendant. The defendant became uncooperative and began to kick at officers and medics. The defendant was arrested and transported to jail.

Officers responded to the intersection of Grove and Yori on the report of a driver who fell asleep in the intersection. Officers contacted the driver, still asleep, blocking the intersection. Upon getting the driver out of the vehicle, they discovered he had a stolen pistol concealed on his person. The driver is also an ex-felon .

An RPD Officer conducted a traffic stop on an unlicensed truck. It was learned the truck was stolen and the driver was arrested.

The victim and suspect were involved in an altercation when the suspect struck the victim in the hand with a bat. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, 6' tall, LSW a white t-shirt.
The suspect was observed waving an Air Gun around and then pointing it at the victim. Lionell Lockette, DOB 4/15/1987, was arrested on the above charges.
Officers responded to a report that an embezzled vehicle had just been located by its owner and suspects were observed going through the inside of the vehicle. Upon their arrival Officers detained one of the suspects. Melissa Lewis, DOB 11/24/1977, was arrested on the above charges.
The victim was approached by the suspects who just began to hit & kick him. They then stole his phone before fleeing. The suspects are described as: #1 H/M/A, mid twenties to mid thirties, 5'11" tall, slim build, LSW blue jeans. #2 H/M/A, 5'11" tall, thin build, LSW a red shirt, white shorts and a blue wolf pack hat.

Officers responded to the above location for a victim of a battery that had just been found. The victim was transported with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, 5'10" tall, medium build, long dreadlocks, LSW a white shirt.
The suspect and victims were inside the business when the suspect began to verbally assault the victims. When they exited the business the suspect produced a gun and threatened one of the victims. Kyle Acker, DOB 9/19/1997, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim and suspect became involved in a verbal argument when the suspect produced a Hatchet and threatened the victim. The victim was able to flee and the suspect was located a short time later. Amanda Gililland, DOB 1/8/1988, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance. When they attempted to make contact with the suspect he picked up a large rock and threatened them. Hector Baez, DOB 5/22/1997, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers were taking the suspect into custody for Battery when he became uncooperative and combative with them. Dameion Scholler, DOB 4/16/1977, was arrested on the above charges.
Officers observed an occupied vehicle jump a curb and drive the wrong way down a street as it chased a subject who was on foot. The driver, Mundano Ariz, DOB 5/28/1985 was arrested on the above charge. A passenger, Cianna Sterling, DOB 7/29/1999, was arrested for MIC
Jacinto Argenis, DOB 5/3/1996, was arrested on the above charge.
The victims were standing outside of their parked vehicle when a vehicle approached. A suspect in that vehicle began to throw rocks at their vehicle striking one of the victims. The suspect then produced a knife and threatened the other victim before fleeing. The suspect is described as: H/M/A, 6' tall, medium build, LSW a black hat, black shirt with a logo and black shorts.

Officers responded to an alarm and discovered the front door to the business was open and money had been stolen from the safe. Total loss is unknown and there are no suspects at this time.
Delivery drivers arrived at the business to find the alarm going off, a hole in the wall, and drawers pried open. Total loss is unknown and there are no suspects at this time.
Paige Mitchell, DOB 2/9/1997, was arrested on the above charges. Isaiah Stein, DOB 12/11/1994, was arrested for Child Endangerment.
The suspect was observed throwing large rocks at passing and parked vehicles. Brandon Dyer, DOB 6/29/1985, was arrested on the above charge.

0002 North: O&R with deadly weapon @2600 blk Keystone Av
Officers responded to a call for service regarding a male suspect throwing rocks at passing vehicles. When officers arrived the defendant was in the roadway holding a large rock. Officers gave verbal commands to drop the rock. The defendant refused and threw the rock toward one of the Officers. Another Officer deployed his Taser. The suspect was taken into custody.

Officers responded regarding a domestic dispute that had been occurring most of the day. Upon arrival, officers saw smoke coming from the above residence and made entry into the house. Officers observed the defendant passed out on the couch and a fire in the kitchen. Officers were able to get the two small children out of the residence. The defendant was arrested for Child Endangerment.

0233 Central: O&R with a Deadly Weapon / Trespassing @400 blk S. Virginia Street
Officers responded to the Federal Court House reference a subject that was armed with scissors and demanding to be let in to the courthouse. Patrol Officers and then a Negotiator attempted to negotiate with the Suspect for over 20 minutes. The Suspect refused all direction to drop the knife and lawful orders. Officers deployed 40 mm foam rounds, which did not obtain her compliance nor cause her to drop the scissors. The TASER was deployed while she was distracted by the 40 mm round, which caused her to drop the knife, and she was taken into custody without further incident.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and attempted to make contact with the suspects but they refused Officers orders and resisted while being taken into custody. Jed Shipman, DOB 7/18/1977, was arrested on the above charges. Jennifer Carvalho, DOB 10/17/1983, was arrested for O&R and GTA.
The victim attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise when the suspect produced a knife and cut the victim before fleeing with the merchandise. The suspect is described as: W/F/A, mid twenties, blond hair, LSW a white shirt, black or dark pants with the letter "X" on the back.

Officers located an occupied stolen vehicle and made contact with the driver. Versell Coleman, DOB 8/12/1993, was arrested on the above charges.
The victim tried to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise when the suspect struck the victim in the face and fled with the merchandise. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, 6' tall, medium build, short thinning brown hair, beard, LSW blue jeans, white t-shirt, and blue sneakers.
The suspect returned several times to his former residence and began pounding on the door. Jason Bowlin, DOB 10/2/1980, was arrested on the above charge.
An employee arrived to find windows had been broken and money stolen from the safe. Total loss is unknown and there are no suspects at this time

Officers responded to a report that the window of a business had been smashed. Total loss is unknown at this time. The suspects are only described as 3 males, 2 of which are possibly Hispanic.
The victim was approached by the suspects. One suspect was armed with a gun and they demanded his property. The suspects are described as: #1 B/M/A, 5'5" tall, late teens, skinny build, LSW a dark hooded sweatshirt. #2 B/M/A, 5'9" tall, late teens, LSW a dark hooded sweatshirt. #3 B/M/A, 5'9" tall, late teens, LSW a light hooded sweatshirt.

0847 North Traffic Violations/ Accident@Parr Blvd at the RR Tracks
An RPD motor unit observed a vehicle traveling at 70 mph northbound on Virginia at Moraine. The motor unit attempted conduct a traffic stop. The Defendant eluded the Officer. The vehicle was located, crashed, at the Railroad Tracks striking a bus bench and doing minor property damage. The Defendant was contacted a short distance away and taken into custody without incident.

1553 North: Indecent Exposure @Keystone Av and Riverside Dr.
Officers responded to the area of I-80 westbound at Keystone Av. off ramp for a female subject down near the roadway. Officers located the female defendant in the area of Keystone and Riverside, topless, rolling on the ground and removing objects from a community book drop. Officers attempted to detain the defendant when she walked away from officers into traffic and was almost struck by a passing vehicle. As officers went to take her into custody the defendant attempted to swing on officers. Defendant was eventually placed into handcuffs.

Officers responded to a report of a male suspect with a firearm who had pointed it out the window at people while driving through the area. The suspect was located by Officers and found to be in possession of a handgun. The suspect was found to be an ex-felon, and also intoxicated. The suspect was arrested for DUI, ex-felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of a firearm while intoxicated.

The suspect threatened to batter the victim while holding a large rock. The manager closed the safe and retreated to his office as the suspect threw the rock at his head. The suspect fled the store and was located a short distance later.

Officers responded to a report of a burglary in progress and observed the suspect fleeing the residence. The suspect was located a short time later. Luis Sanchez, DOB 8/4/1993, was arrested on the above charges.
The resident observed the suspect inside his shed and confronted him. The suspect then fled. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, late twenties to early thirties, 5'9" tall, thin build, light colored scruffy beard. LSW a red baseball hat, grey sweatshirt, and a blue zip up sweatshirt.
Officers responded to a report of a suspect who had taken a vehicle without permission and located the suspect a short time later. Devern Emerson, DOB 6/22/1964, was arrested on the above charge.
Ngocmai Hammond, DOB 11/1/1978, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers located a suspect who was wanted in another jurisdiction and attempted to conduct a stop on the vehicle he was driving. The suspect refused to stop and continued driving at a high rate of speed until he struck an occupied vehicle. He then exited his vehicle and attempted to flee. Cody Meilike, DOB 11/16/1983, was arrested on the above charges. The passenger, Madison Bridges, DOB 10/3/1988, was arrested for O&R.
Officers located a stolen vehicle and then observed suspects loading supplies into it. They made contact with the suspects and discovered another stolen vehicle was parked in the next parking spot. Deavon Scott, DOB 6/12/1989, was arrested on the above charges. Amanda Moore, DOB 11/6/1979, was arrested on a warrant.

Nathan Green, DOB 10/24/1994, and Bianca Esquivel, DOB 5/2/1994, were arrested on the above charge.
Laura Gonzalez-Lupercio, DOB 3/21/1989, was arrested on the above charges.
The suspect was observed smashing the window of a vehicle and then stealing items from inside it. When Officers located the suspect a short time later he attempted to run from them. Jesse Folmer, DOB 10/9/1979, was arrested on the above charges.
Officers responded to reports of shots fired and discovered several bullet strikes to the building. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded in reference to a collision involving two vehicles. Upon arrival, officers learned the defendant was EB Moana and went off the roadway right striking several city signs. The defendant was arrested for DUI.

The driver of a BMW SUV tried to drive along the railroad tracks under the McCarran Bridge west of Del Curto Dr. She ended up getting a flat tire and decided to stay there and take a nap. A passing E/B train struck the right front of her vehicle. There was minor damage but no injury. The driver was cited for parking too close to the tracks (RMC 6.30.130(9)

Officers responded to a domestic battery incident and located the suspect outside of an apartment building. An RPD Officer gave the lawful order to stop and identify, but the suspect refused to comply. The Officer took physical control of the suspect resulting in the suspect physically resisting. The Suspect was taken to the ground at which time the suspect starting punching the Officer. Another Officer arrived and both Officers were able to control and handcuff suspect.

Two patrons inside the bar were arguing about the treatment of a service dog. Upon officers arrival, they noted things were escalating and separated the two. Officers took physical control of the defendant, attempted to escort her away when she physically resisted.

Officers responded to a DUI accident involving a pickup truck and a traffic light pole. The traffic lights are functioning but the accident broke the “walk/don't walk” sign box that signals the sign.

The defendant had been previously trespassed from the gas station multiple times. The victim saw the defendant and asked him to leave. Victim came back outside and saw the defendant was still on scene. While asking the defendant to leave again, the defendant pulled a knife and began violently slashing the knife towards the victim from about 10 to 15 feet away.

The defendant was contacted while was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe. He was also in possession of Methamphetamine.

Officers were approached by an 8-year-old child who was barefoot, wearing only shorts. The mother was identified as living in a motel in the 1900 blk of S. Virginia St. There was also an outstanding 11-year-old child whose whereabouts were unknown. The mother had a history of sending her kids out to solicit money. The 11-year-old returned. The mother was arrested for two counts of child endangerment.

Officers responded to an unattended three-year-old. It was found that two juveniles, three and four years old, live at the residence with their father. On today's date the father had left the two juveniles alone in the apartment for over an hour while he went to the store. The father was arrested for two counts of child endangerment.
