0600North: Arrest - Domestic Battery / O&R @1000 block Softwood Circle

Adolfo Rizo Jr, DOB 3/3/1989, was arrested on the above charges.

1133Central: Arrest - Attempted Murder with Elderly Enhancement@1000 block East 4th Street

The suspect approached the victim, asked him his name and then left. The suspect then returned to the victim and stabbed him multiple times before fleeing. The victims injuries are non-life threatening and Officers located the suspect a short time later. William Terwilliger, DOB 4/5/1976, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a report of a fight and attempted to make contact with one of the suspects on scene. The suspect attempted to walk away and then kicked an Officer. Ashley Thompson, DOB 4/29/1995, was arrested on the above charges.

1610South: Strong Armed Robbery@5000 block Meadowood Mall Circle

The victim attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise. But the suspect pushed his way past and fled with the merchandise. Total loss is unknown. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, LSW a black hat, red t-shirt over a dark grey long sleeve shirt, grey distressed jeans, brown shoes.

1706Central: Arrest - Poss. of a Financial Forgery Lab@500 block North Sierra Street

Officers responded to a report that employees had found evidence of a fraud lab. During the investigations Officers learned the name of the suspect. Brian Han, DOB 5/5/1972, was arrested on the above charge.

The victim returned to his vehicle to find all his tools had been stolen. There are no suspects at this time.

0047North: Commercial Burglary@1000 block West 4th Street.

Officers responded to an alarm and discovered the door to the business was broken and merchandise had been stolen. Total loss is unknown. The suspects are described as: #1 Male, 5'8"-6'2" tall, thin build, LSW a light colored hooded sweatshirt, pants and shoes. #2 Male, 5'8" - 6'2" tall, heavy build, LSW a light colored hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, white shoes. Suspect Vehicle #1 Chevrolet or GMC full-size pickup, lifted, with after market wheels, dark color. #2 Toyota Tundra, aluminum wheels, passenger side front is a spare tire.

1338South: Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Firearm@2000 block South Virginia Street

The victims observed the suspect syphoning gas from several vehicles. When they approached the suspect he produced a gun and threatened them before fleeing to a waiting vehicle. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, 5'10", 155-165 lbs., short dark hair, LSW blue jeans. The suspect vehicle is described as: Black 2004 Chevy Silverado with a Camper Shell.

1734South: Commercial Burglary@10000 block South Virginia Street

The employee observed the suspects exit a vehicle and begin taking merchandise. When the employee approached the suspects they got back into the car and fled. Total loss is unknown. The suspects are described as: #1 B/M/A, 6'-6'3" tall, skinny, short hair, LSW a dark shirt, red shorts. #2 B/M/A, 6' tall, skinny, LSW a black shirt. The suspect vehicle is described as: White Dodge Challenger with possible California plates.

Mysti Huntsman, DOB 6/4/1967, was arrested on the above charges.

2025Central: Arrest - ADW, Skatelboard@300 block Evans Way

The suspects card was declined for payment so he attempted to leave the business without paying for the merchandise. When the victim confronted him he returned the merchandise but then swung his skateboard at the victim before fleeing. Officers located the suspect a short time later. Joseph Drummund, DOB 5/28/1988, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a report that the suspects were seen jumping the fence into the above locations. As the Officers arrived the suspects attempted to flee. True Hanley, DOB 4/23/1998, and Cameron Matzen, DOB 7/11/1998, were arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report that a resident found a bullet and a bullet hole inside their residence. During their investigation Officers made contact with a subject who admitted to firing a gun. Maria Elieff, DOB 9/15/1977, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a report that a victim had tracked his stolen vehicle to the above location. Officers located the vehicle and made contact with the suspects. Justin Romero, DOB 8/3/1983, was arrested on the above charges. Kayla Maxwell, DOB 9/24/1984, was arrested on for Poss. of Credit Cards without Consent.

Two suspects entered the business and 1 suspect produced a gun and demanded the money from the register. They then fled with an unknown amount of money. The suspects are described as: #1 B/M/A, mid twenties, tall, skinny build, LSW a black jacket, neon yellow shorts. #2 B/M/A, mid twenties, tall, skinny build, LSW a black jacket and black pants.

0146North: Arrest - Attempt Vehicle Burglary / Conspiracy / CDM @2000 block Melody Lane

The suspects were observed attempting to break into vehicles. Julian Magallanez, DOB 11/4/2002, was arrested on the above charges. There is PC for the second suspect once he is released from a local hospital.

Officers responded to a report of a Battery and located the victim with minor injuries. The victim reported he had been battered by several suspects who then stole his money. The suspects are only described as: 3 W/M/A's.

Officers responded to a report of a Battery involving a stick and located the victim with minor injuries. During the investigation they learned a second victim had also been battered with a stick by the same suspect. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, mid thirties, 6'2" tall, short hair, beard, LSW a white t-shirt, khaki pants and white shoes.

1832Central: Arrest - ADW, Knife / O&R / Battery on an Elderly or Vulnerable Person@300 block Record Street

The victim, an employee, and the suspect were involved in a verbal dispute that turned physical when the suspect knocked the victim to the ground and then produced a knife and threatened the victim before fleeing. The suspect was taken into custody a short time later. Ryan Stach, DOB 11/24/1981, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim pulled into the parking lot at this location, approached the suspect vehicle and questioned why they had flashed their lights at him. Words were exchanged and the suspects pulled away in their vehicle but then they circled around, floored it and ran right into the victims vehicle and then struck the victim as well. The victim's injuries are non-life threatening. The suspects are described as: #1 B/M/A, mid twenties, #2 W/M/A, #3 W/M/A, heavy set. The suspect vehicle is described as: Blue Chevrolet Tahoe.

0014North: Robbery@10000 block Stead Blvd.

The victim attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for the merchandise when the suspect punched the victim in the face and hit her phone out of her hand when she threatened to call the police. The suspect then fled to a waiting vehicle. Total loss is unknown. The suspect is described as: H/M/A, LSW a black and white paint splattered sweat suit, red baseball cap, and large black sunglasses. The suspect vehicle is described as: White Nissan Maxima or similar type vehicle.

Officers were responding to a report that a subject had attempted to use a stolen credit card. While they were responding to that call they observed a stolen vehicle that was occupied and being driven by the suspect involved in the crime they were responding to. When they conducted a stop the suspect attempted to flee. Daniel Rodrigues, DOB 9/2/1984, was arrested on the above charges.

0001South: Kidnapping / Armed Robbery / BDW, Firearm / GTA@500 block Arrowcreek Pkwy

The victim was approached by the unknown suspects who threw him into a vehicle, hit him in the head with a pistol, stole his property, and threatened and battered him while driving around. They also returned to the above area where one of the suspects stole the victims vehicle. The victim was later left at a park and the suspects all fled. The suspects are described as: #1 B/M/A, 6'2" tall, LSW a black zip up sweatshirt, black pants. #2 W/M/A, 6' tall, skinny, LSW black shirt and black pants. #3 H/M/A, 5'8" tall, thin, LSW a black shirt and black pants. #4 Possible H/M/A, no further. Suspect Vehicle is described as: 2006-2007 Black SUV with Grey interior.

The victims heard a noise, went to investigate and saw one suspect inside their residence with 2 others attempting to enter. When the victims shouted the suspects all fled. The suspects are described as: #1 A/M/A, late teens to early twenties, acne scarred face, LSW a black beanie and grey sweatshirt. #2 & #3 no description at this time.

1349North: Arrest: Poss. of a Stolen Motor Vehicle.@Sky Valley & Summit Ridge Drive

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle in the intersection and located the suspect attempting to change a flat tire. Officers learned the vehicle and been stolen and took the suspect into custody. Forrest Clark, DOB 9/5/1977, was arrested on the above charge.

1533Central: Arrest - Tampering with a Motor Vehicle / Battery by a Prisoner@East 6th & Montello Streets

The suspect had stepped out into the street in front of a REMSA ambulance. The suspect then began hitting the vehicle and attempting to rip off its hood and bumpers. The suspect then kicked an Officers as he was taking the suspect into custody.  Leo Maktenieks, DOB 8/31/1964, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise when the suspect produced a taser/stun gun, threatened the victim and then fled to a waiting vehicle. Total loss is unknown. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, mid twenties to mid thirties, 6' tall, LSW a black hat, black shorts, and white shoes. The suspect vehicle is described as: 1990's Blue Mercury.

Officers responded to a report of an unwanted subject causing a disturbance and made contact with the suspect. During their investigation the suspect became combative and struck an Officer in the face. Jacob Wagner, DOB 6/12/1975, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a report of an unwanted subject in the area. They then learned the same suspect had stolen money from a different business and then fled. Officers located the suspect a short time later and as they were taking him into custody he became combative. Jared Williams, DOB 8/7/1979, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim entered his garage in the morning and realized sometime during the night someone had entered and stolen tools and his Motorcycle. There are no suspects at this time.

Officers located the suspect who was wanted in connection to previous crimes and conducted a traffic stop. The suspect exited the vehicle and then attempted to flee on foot but was taken into custody a short time later. Maurice Jennings, DOB 6/4/1994, was arrested on the above charges.
