Officers responded to a report of a theft in progress and observed a subject in the area who matched the description of the suspect. When they went to make contact with the suspect he attempted to flee. Oscar Montalvo, DOB 6/21/1989, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of an alarm and discovered entry had been made and a slot machine had been pried open. Total loss is unknown and there are no suspects at this time.
Officers responded to reports of shots being fired and located the suspect in the area. There were no reported injuries. Kevin Neal, DOB 6/24/1983, was arrested on the above charge. Folaji Akinbayode, DOB 4/29/1983, was arrested for O&R.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and located the suspect. Upon investigation, they found a loaded firearm in the suspect's vehicle. Kevin Dusek, DOB 3/27/1990, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle and conducted a stop. Tavi Tovar, DOB 8/30/1977, was arrested on the above charges.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting and located a victim with a gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was transported to a local hospital with a non-life threatening injury. The investigation is being conducted by the Regional Gang Unit.
Officers were in the area when they heard several shots being fired. They located several casings and there were no injuries reported. The investigation is ongoing.

The victim was approached by the suspects who asked him for a cigarette. The victim gave them the cigarette but then one suspect stabbed him and they fled. The victim's injury is non-life threatening. The suspects are only described as: #1 W/M/A. #2 B/M/A. #3 H/M/A.

1408 South: Trespass / Indecent Exposure / O&R / Battery by a Prisoner /Recovered Stolen @1800 blk S. Virginia
Officers returned after previously assisting with a trespass. The trespasser had returned and was located nude in the motel swimming pool. Officers obtained clothing for the Defendant who had been staying at the motel before being trespassed. They gained her compliance and she partially dressed with their assistance. Officers went to take her into custody. The Defendant resisted and was taken to the ground. The Defendant kicked an Officer while being detained on the ground. Motel management later advised she was seen getting in and out of a stolen vehicle that was recovered in the parking lot.

1620 Central: Domestic Battery w/ Deadly Weapon and Domestic Battery w/Substantial Bodily Harm @Wingfield Park West
Officers were patrolling the area of Wingfield Park when they observed a disturbance. Upon contact they discovered a subject armed with a blood stained box cutter and the other with lacerations on her neck, cheek and forearm. Both were domestic partners for 7 years and intoxicated during the incident. The victim was transported to RENOWN.

Officers were patrolling the area when they discovered a stolen vehicle occupied with a female passenger. While confirming the stolen vehicle the female passenger exited and entered the casino. They continued surveillance and observed the female accompanied by a male subject moved towards the vehicle. The subjects were detained once they reached the vehicle and during contact a loaded .22 revolver was located concealed on the male subject, along with methamphetamine.

0130 Central : O&R/Battery on Officer @10 blk South Arlington (Wingfield East)
Officers responded to the area in reference to a female screaming for help and banging her head off the bridge. Upon arrival, officers located the defendant and noted that she had a large laceration on her head. Officers called for RESMA and went to assist the defendant. While talking to her she became agitated, charged one of the officers and was taken to the ground. The defendant continually resisted while on the ground and kicked one of the officers. The defendant was transported to the hospital.

Patrol responded to the report of shots fired. Upon arrival four 12ga shotgun shells were located at the above intersection, which were used to shoot the stop sign. No injuries or witnesses located, shells were collected. Case#18-18883

0137 North: ADW, Domestic Battery @1400 blk Snow Summit Dr.
Officers responded to a report of a possible stabbing. Upon arrival officers learned that the adult male suspect and his father began arguing after the suspect had returned home from attempting to purchase marijuana. During the altercation the suspects brother intervened and was subsequently punched by the suspect. The younger brother defended himself and struck the suspect in the forehead causing a small laceration. At this time, the suspect grabbed a screw driver and began to threatened the father with it prior to officers arrival

0232 North: MAIT-Single Vehicle Roll Over@Scotsdale/Bullwinkle Dr.
Witness report a single vehicle roll over on Scottsdale @Bullwinkle Dr. The vehicle was W/B on Scottsdale and left the roadway striking the curb causing the vehicle to roll up hill. Driver and rear passenger were unbelted, and the rear passenger was deceased on scene. Second passenger received minor injury and released at the scene. MAIT responded for investigation. Driver was arrested for DUI causing Death.

1606 Central: O&R/Use of Force @Sutro Street at the Railroad Tracks
Amtrak called to report that a passenger had just walked off of a moving train at Sutro and the tracks. They stated that the passenger appeared to be acting schizophrenic before leaving the train. Officers arrived and found the subject walking on the tracks. He then tried to go through a locked fence which was adjacent to an opening in the fence. They had him sit down while they investigated further. His responses to them were nonsensical. He then stood up and started removing his clothing while jumping around. They took physical control of him. He then attempted to kick an Officer in the chest/arm area. They escorted him to the ground. The subject received a small laceration to his right shoulder from the rocks on the ground. The subject reported to Officers that he exited the train because there was something strange going on and he was being told to leave the train immediately. He then talked about demonic possession.

2029 North: Shooting into an occupied vehicle@800 blk N. Wells Avenue
The victim was driving in front of a Motel on 9th Street when the suspect started yelling at him. The suspect drove into the parking lot and parked in the southwest corner. The victim followed him in and asked what his problem was. The suspect then produced a handgun and started shooting at the victim as he drove away. The victim could not describe the gun as he was ducking while driving away. The victim's vehicle was struck at least 8 times. There were several witnesses to the shooting. No one was injured

The suspect threw a metal hitch at a patrol vehicle causing damage to the door. Bryan Ball, DOB 5/15/1981, was arrested on the above charges.

The victim was approached by the suspect who demanded her purse and money. When the victim refused the suspect punched her in the stomach and then fled. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding.
Officers observed an occupied unlicensed vehicle. They attempted to make contact with the driver but he refused their commands and became combative. Michael Berry, DOB 3/23/1988, was arrested on the above charges.
Employees had asked the suspect to leave the business when he produced a knife and threatened them. Ralph Whitted, DOB 7/3/1971, was arrested on the above charge.
Krystal Kisylia, DOB 6/23/1991, was arrested on the above charges.
Officers responded to a report of a disturbance and located a subject who had a bleeding arm. When they attempted to make with the suspect she was non-compliant and kicked an officer in the leg. Taylor Barrett, DOB 7/25/1992, was arrested on the above charges.
