0634South: BDW, Vehicle@Robinhood Dr.

The victim and suspect became involved in an altercation involving a parking space when the suspect vehicle began ramming the victims vehicle. The suspect vehicle then drove forward pinning the victim against another parked car before fleeing. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. There is no suspect description at this time.

2000South: ADW, Firearm@Crampton

Officers responded to reports of shots fired and discovered several casings. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

2204South: Armed Robbery, Firearm@South Virginia St.

The victim had just locked up the business for the night when the suspects approached and knocked him to the ground. One suspect threatened him with a gun while the other suspect stole the bank bag. Total loss has not been disclosed. The suspects are described as: #1 B/M/A, late teens to mid twenties, LSW a grey hooded sweatshirt and jeans. #2 H/M/A, late teens to mid twenties, LSW a dark jacket and jeans.

1732South: Arrest - BDW with Gang Enhancement/Conspiracy to Commit BDW with Gang Enhancement/O&R @Vassar & Locust Ave

Officers observed an occupied vehicle that was involved in a prior case and conducted a stop. The passenger exited the vehicle and attempted to flee but was caught by Officers. Roberto Chavez, DOB 2/15/2000, was arrested on the above charges. The driver, Kimberly Virgen, DOB 6/28/2000, was arrested for not having a Drivers License and being a Minor in Poss. of Marijuana.

Officers responded to a report of an unwanted subject. When they made contact with the suspect he became uncooperative and spit at them. Matthew Berg, DOB 12/21/1999, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to an alarm and discovered a window was broken and entry had been made. Total loss is unknown. The suspect is described as: Unknown race, LSW a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and dark shoes.

A passerby called to report the window to a business had been smashed. The owner responded and said a safe was missing. There are no suspects at this time.

2015                       North: Home Invasion @ 10 blk Panamint Dr

Officer responded regarding a suspect who had forced entry into the residence. The R/P stated to Dispatch, someone busted through the door, and the door struck her. The suspect was physically detained by the occupants of the home until officers arrived. The suspect possessed two extraditable felony warrants out of California.

Officers responded to a theft at a hardware store.  Investigation revealed both Suspects admitted that they entered the store with the intent to steal items.  One Suspect said he was going to trade the stolen property for narcotics, the other said he was stealing Christmas presents.

Officers were working Santa Crawl when a fight began inside a club. Officers responded to assist security.  The fight involved approximately 5 males. All five of the people involved in the fight were arrested for Disturbing the Peace fighting.  Defendant Segura was additionally arrested for obstructing and resisting, and three outstanding warrants.

1618                       North: Burglary, Grand Larceny @ 5200 blk W 7th Street

We responded to a department store regarding a larceny. Officers located Security out in the parking lot with one of the suspects. An Officer contacted the female suspect and upon seeing officers she fled. The Officer chased and caught the suspect. Officers located methamphetamine and paraphernalia in the suspects possession. The suspect also possessed a misdemeanor warrant. The male suspect turned himself in at RPD Main Station

Officers responded to a report of a Robbery at the above location. Total loss has not been disclosed. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid thirties, short brown hair, driving an SUV.

A victim reported that the suspect, who was known to him, had driven past his residence, displayed a gun and threatened a family member. Officers located the suspect vehicle a short time later and conducted a stop. Geoffrey Mankel, DOB 1/29/1993, and Joseph Dunn, DOB 2/17/1994, were arrested on the above charge.

2309North: ADW, Firearm / DOP / Hit & Run@Mae Anne Ave.

The victim and suspect were involved in a verbal confrontation when the suspect produced a gun and threatened the victim. The victim then fled back to his vehicle. The suspect then broke the window of the victims car, returned to his own car and struck a second vehicle as he was fleeing. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding.

An employee attempted to stop the suspect from leaving without paying for merchandise when the suspect produced a gun. He then dropped the merchandise and fled. Officers located the suspect several hours later. James Cline, DOB 6/18/1979, was arrested on the above charge.

0412                       Central: Fatal Hit and Run Vehicle vs Pedestrian - MAIT@6th and Wells

1202                       Central: BDW w/ Vehicle @2500 blk E 2nd Street

The driver of the striking vehicle observed a physical domestic battery after which he followed the male and female as they walked through the parking lot. The male involved in the domestic battery walked away from the female and towards the driver as he sat in his vehicle. The driver claimed to see the male armed with a knife at which time he intentionally struck the male with this vehicle and ran him over. The male suffered severe injuries

An Officer observed the vehicle driving recklessly in the area of 2nd St. and Virginia St.  He attempted a traffic stop but the driver fled.  The driver struck a building, telephone, and dumpster and the driver fled on foot.  The driver was ultimately detained. The suspect battered the Officer while being taken into custody

An Officer observed a stolen U-Haul. The vehicle was stopped and the driver/suspect was arrested.

1532                       North: Hit and Run/DUI @2100 blk Sutro Street

Officers responded to the area of Wedekind Rd and Sutro Street regarding a traffic crash with the striking vehicle fleeing the area. This shortly was followed up by another hit and run. When Officers arrived witnesses indicated the driver of the vehicle was hiding. Officers later located the suspect and took her into custody.
